As always, my visit to the dentist was great, seeing old friends and meeting new ones. It was quick and painless. The folks there are always so professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and all the while warm and friendly. Dr. Ben Bowen is always a delight; he even sang a little bit this time. After a second botched cavity filling at a previous dentist, I was able to see Dr. Bowen. I was looking for a different filling method, care in the prep, care for preserving as much natural tooth as possible, and care for craftsmanship. Dr. Bowen is careful, thoughtful, personable, and explains his plans and gets your buy in before proceeding to make sure you understand your dental care plan. He and his team provided all the things I wanted and were able address my frustrations with my previous dentist and provide top quality care. I was comfortable, well taken care of, and happy with the results. I look forward to using them for any future needs. Thanks Moscow Family Dentistry!

After living away for 7 years, it is so nice to come back to Dr. Bowen. His staff is friendly and we love his conservative approach. The office is cozy and comfortable. If you are looking for a dentist, we definitely recommend Dr. Bowen for kids and adults!

An intimate encounter with a roto-hammer some time back resulted in a damaged crown that eventually cracked and began to chip. Fortunately the chip was at the gum line and still intact. They were able to fit me in very quickly and Dr Bowen was able to cement the chip back in. May last a long time, but no guarantees. However I can at least enjoy Christmas without worrying about a dental emergency.

Front desk staff are friendly & prompt. Dental assistant, Nadia, was kind, thoughtful, and took time to explain what she was doing and to check in several times.
Dr Ben Bowen has an easy, friendly rapport, answers questions and also explains things well. His numbing injections were spot on and some of the least painful I have had through the years. Even though he apologized for the "pinch" there was minimal discomfort. He and Nadia are a great team, and Dr. Ben even sang along with the music as he worked...which was surprisingly calming and made me smile (internally, since my mouth was wide open and filled with fingers and tools!)
The entire molar extraction experience was upbeat, smoothly done and painless. Thanks so much for the great care, Dr. Bowen & staff... I'm so glad to be a part of the Moscow Family Dentistry family!

They are so kind and caring. I have very sensitive teeth and the dental hygienist didn’t use the tools that blow air or water on my teeth. I am sure it takes longer but I was so grateful. I would highly recommend Dr. Bowen.

The office staff was wonderful and helpful. The dental assistant and hygienist were lovely, throughout in what work was being done, and were easy to talk to. Casey (hygienist) was very knowledgeable and did a great job relaying information and suggesting different at home care. Dr. Bowen was kind and professional. All around a 10/10. This was by far the best experience I have had at a dentist office.
