Over the Thanksgiving holiday I broke one of my teeth. I called in to Dr. Hansen's office they got me in first thing Tuesday morning. Again always going way beyond their job. Kayla and Dr. Hansen had me done and out the door in under an hour. I wish I would have found their office years ago.

I am a new patient of Dr. Hansen and his staff. I decided to "try out" his office upon the high recommendation from my daughter who is their patient. I was very pleased with my former dentist and his office so there had to be a significant difference for me to "make the change." Well, she was right! The services offered at Palouse View Dental are a "step-up" from those I have previously experienced at any medical or dental office.
First off, you feel like a VIP while you are at their office. It is clean,quiet and comfortable, yet professional. Dr. Hansen and his assistant meet with you to learn about you, your dental concerns and what improvements you are hoping to find through your dental care. Then Dr. Hansen shares ways they may be able to help you. There is no pressure, just information, and when I later phoned about a procedure I was considering, they invited me back for a free consultation to discuss what might work best for me.
2nd, you are not left "waiting" throughout your dental evaluation and cleaning for the doctor because he is not "dotting" around seeing several patients at the same time. During your time, he is there to see "you". Your time is valued and you "feel" valued the entire time you are there.
3rd, they also take measures to make your dental work as enjoyable as possible. A massage pad, headphones with your choice of music, and a warm hand wax if you desire. I had a same-day crown the other day and I found I was completely relaxed and anxiety-free. It was comfortable, quick, and I left with a beautiful new crown perfectly placed. I was amazed at how easy and pleasant the experience was AND the crown has a life-time guarantee.
So, definitely 5 Stars - Excellent work, great service, great people! I highly recommend them.

I've been a patient with Doctor Hansen since I began my first full time job out of college in 2009. He and his team are excellent. They are at the cutting edge of technology. I've watched him make continuous improvements to his program of care, including same-day crowns and pre-screening and treatment for Sleep Apnea. They also offer free lifetime teeth whitening. I feel like it's a reward for how hard I work to keep my mouth and gums clean and healthy. I enjoy and feel confident smiling with a bright, white smile. The team knows me by name and I know they genuinely care about me and my health and overall well being, not just my teeth.

I had a chipped tooth and needed a crown. It was great to have it done in one session. It was perfectly fitted and I couldn't tell the difference from my old tooth. In the past with another dentist office - that was not always the case. So do appreciate quality craftsmanship.

Palouse View Dental is the friendliest, most professional office. Dental work is not my favorite thing but PVD is fantastic. They have worked with me for years and I have never had a negative experience with them. The staff is excellent.

I am glad I decided to replace my failing tooth with an implant. The procedure was much easier than I had thought and the new tooth feels just like my own. GREAT OFFICE!! As a physician, every time I am in another providers office I always critique the care and attentiveness to detail and how I would change it or how I could incorporate it into my practice. I have to say that your team is amazing, the little "extra" things really add to the experience and are very impressive. Many thanks to everyone there and especially Dr. Clay.
