Polite employees, no waiting. Got my teeth cleaned perfectly and a doctor examined my teeth and gave me information on teeth that need to be watched and a few things to be taken care of soon. What really impressed me was they gave me paper with my “Treatment Plan” with detailed information that identified my Dental Insurance coverage and the cost of my next work to me done.

Gentle Dental was highly recommended to me by a friend and I can sure see why! I was apprehensive about going to the dentist, but knew the bad toothache I had wasn’t getting any better. I was so pleased that the office staff was very friendly and helpful. After calling them Monday morning, they had an appointment for me the next day. Dr.Medaris was wonderful, gave me options and had an office staff member give me prices. He also explained what he was doing (root canal) as he went. He was able to do the procedure in one appointment. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate that! So glad I found Gentle Dental!

Best dental place there is! I love my dental hygienist Kristina. I actually look forward to my 6 month visits just so I can see her! All of the staff is amazing and friendly. My dentist is always patient and explains what needs to be done. When I do have to have dental work, they are extremely kind and gentle since I'm sensitive from being in the dental office so much as a child. I would not go anywhere else.
I recently had to have more dental work completed. As much as I dislike dental procedures, Dr. Medaris and his staff continue to make my experiences positive. Miles is my dental Hygienist and has been for many years and he is amazing takes his time makes you feel comfortable and explains everything he is doing very well. Highly recommended! Also the front staff Tara goes above and beyond to help with setting up appointments and does a great job explaining insurance!
