Middle Creek Dental

I have such dental anxiety that it is often years between exams. I called this morning with what I felt was an emergency and they worked me in. I cried in the chair the whole time and the staff was comforting, never degrading, and developed a plan with me that made me feel at ease. Easily the best dental team I've had!

FANTASTIC staff!!! Clean, quiet, and professional service. The Dental hygienist was caring, listens and did not rush me. She was extremely compassionate and took the time to give me hands on training so that 8 can take the BEST care of my teeth. Dr. Christiansen demonstrates a great bedside manor and was very thorough with my exam he explained my options in details and made me feel comfortable and valued!!! There's a reason why they're ranked 4.8 stars.... 🤗

Dr. Crank is a fantastic dentist(ambidextrous as well kudos!), I have only been to a few dentists in my life as I have not had pleasant experiences but this was by far a redemption for dentistry in my opinion. Had an extraxtion with a bone graft and suture, took 10 minutes, Thank you Middle Creek, your team is great!

While previous work done on my teeth was okay, issues with staff has made this place not worthwhile. My mother had an appointment set up a little over a month ago and staff had apparently neglected to inform her on an almost $300 bill that they needed before they could do any work, and did not inform her until she had arrived for her appointment. If her overall health was not tied into this appointment, this wouldn't be so much of an issue, just find another dentist. But due to previous medical issues that they seem to think is okay to ignore, the work she needs done on her teeth are necessary or else she has a high risk of infection that could very easily spread. The overall professionalism of this ordeal has been laughable, and I recommend to NEVER tell a loved one to go here.

UPDATE:
There was no waiting period for her to gain adequate funds, as a appointment had been scheduled without even discussing the payment necessary before the appointment. The original appointment had been postponed due to a recommendation from another doctor. Once she arrived to her appointment, the receptionist and her had worked towards a monthly payment plan, but the receptionist must have changed her mind half-way through and demanded a completely different amount than they had worked towards initially. She then began to raise her voice once my mother questioned this. She never refused payment until the receptionist changed her mind on how the payments should be made. Luckily after all this, my mother had found a new dentist who actually paid attention to concerns from other doctors regarding my mother's previous fight with cancer. The new dentist prescribed her antibiotics that she needs before she can have any work done, something that Middle Creek never prescribed to her. On top of that, the new dentist actually looked into her insurance to see that all of her work is completely covered by her insurance, while Middle Creek tried to charge. All of this only tells me that Middle Creek is a total scam.

Absolutely wonderful place! I would recommend it to anyone! The only reason I wouldn't would be that if I refer it to all of my friends, I'll never get back in! LOL... Just kidding, lovely & caring people & my Dr. Christensen was very honest, caring & helpful in getting my teeth back to normal again! To the entire staff, thank you for your kindness 🙏 ...

Did you know there are conservative and aggressive dentists? I didn't, but when I took my son to a dentist other than Dr. Christensen when looking for a place closer to home after his office moved locations, I was told my son had multiple cavities to fill. I went back to Dr. Christensen, who said there was no immediate problem, and several years later my son has still had no need of any of those fillings. So glad I had someone with integrity and caution to trust with my son's dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Christensen and would travel long distances to go to see a dentist I can trust!

Dr. Crank and his team are excellent. My root canal went seamlessly. Teeth cleaning was a breeze. The team is friendly, professional, and personable. Building is beautiful. Insurance billing and copay estimates were efficient. No complaints here.

Dr. Christensen is the absolute best. All the staff are great. Never feel a shot or anything else. Love this place.

I can say I really enjoy going to my dentist. Never thought those words would come out of my mouth.

Just had my “ spring cleaning” and it’s always a pleasure and that's not easy to say when you go to the dentist. Dr Christensen and Dr Crank are the best, always straightforward and fun to talk to. The staff is the best there is! So glad I found them years ago! Chuck Robinson

Hadn't been to the dentist in forever and was not thrilled when my tooth started throbbing. These guys are amazing, from getting an appointment set during my busy schedule, all the way to Dr. Crank dealing with my needle phobia. Got in and out of the office in a timely matter with no more tooth pain! Just found my new dental office!
