We have been here a couple of times and I am so glad that I came to this office from the office I was at previously. During our visits we have always been treated very well. Office staff is always understanding and very friendly. They have never tried to force me to buy unnecessary products like previous offices have. This office found some issues with my daughter's teeth that needed to be addressed and gave us information needed to get her established with an orthodontist. I've overall been pleased with this office, the staff and the dentists. Since switching to this office, my daughter constantly asks me when we are going to be coming back for our cleanings. She LOVES getting her token at her visits.

I really enjoyed this dentistry, from the front desk to meeting the dental assistants and doctors, everyone was friendly. Today, I went in thinking I had an appointment scheduled for that morning, only to find out it was for the following week, Lisa, at the front desk, went out of her way to find if someone can take me into their schedule so I wouldn't have to come back the following week, really appreciated the hard work and friendliness that she, and the rest of the staff presented. Definitely will recommend to any friends who are looking for a new place!

Front receptionist was rude, argumentative and uncaring. I LOVE Dr. Justin!!!! Nampa Smiles just needs a more friendlier employee greeting clients and such. Other than the receptionist making me cry, this dentist office is fantastic!

I have been going to this dental practice for a number of years and love the politeness of the staff. My hygienist Angela is great. I have had to have some work done on my teeth and Dr Justin is very gentle and the whole experience is made pleasant and as pain free as possible. I have recommended a couple of friends who are also very pleased with this dental practice. I would recommend that in house insurance as well.

My husband is a patient of Nampa Smiles. They were able to get him in same day for a first time patient. They extracted a tooth and took care of his issues with no problems. We LOVE Nampa Smiles! My husbands family has been coming here forever, and we have all 3 children coming, every time we come they make you feel so welcome, they always greet us with a smile and are so friendly! We love the front desk people, Rindy is our favorite she is so sweet & helpful =) Dr. Justin and Dr Keller are wonderful, I get major dental anxiety and I always have such a great experience. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family!
