Though having dental work is not usually pleasant, I had a very good experience at Nampa Smiles today. Everyone was very professional and caring. I was brought into my appointment without waiting more than 5 minutes. Everything was done in an orderly manner and my discomfort was minimal. I waited for a crown to be made and it was within the estimated time told to me. My tooth is fitting very well.

Nampa Smiles has always been really good to me and my husband. They did not disappoint when I had to cancel my last scheduled cleaning due to a back injury. They got me in as soon as I could comfortably lay back in the chair. Everyone was wonderful as usual!

Who has heard the story of āThe Sky is Fallingā well that was about Chicken Littleā¦I thought that exact thing when I figured out do to my discomfort when I made an apt. With Delta Dentalā¦ from the start they felt right, and when I went in for treatment, they did one filling as well as removed one my upper teeth. I have become a believer, I am NO LONGER afraid. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FELLOW CHICKENS. Not to worry be happy.

I am a little confused by my experience. I called and scheduled cleanings for both my daughter and me. This was my daughters first dental appointment. They were wonderful with her. She got x-rays and the dentist checked out her teeth and then she was told "we can fit her in for cleaning". I also got x-rays and checked by the dentist, then they rest of my appointment time was spent "figuring out how much my dental work would cost". We had to walk up front to a corner desk to have a lady do the calculations for my insurance. When I asked about getting my teeth cleaned I was told " we can't guarantee cleaning with a first appointment " without even looking up from her calculator. I'm supposed to go back next week for dental work , wish me luck. I was told they can get me in November for a cleaning, but next week for a root canal. Overall just a little work on their customer service and communication.

This was my daughter's first experience with having to have her tooth pulled today. From the moment we we checked in the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. She was a little nervous but after talking to the dentist he was so nice and patient with her. Before we knew it she was all done. They were so great to work with. I definitely recommend Nampa Smiles. We will Definitely be back.
