Eric was extremely rude and did not listen to my mom or me when talking about insurance. He was in the wrong and we had to be transferred to another worker to fix my problem. They wasted so much time that I was only able to get one of the 5 things fixed

This is the forth dentist I have been to over my 26 years of life and this was the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Mel explained that everything well listened to my concerns and was reassuring. Not belittling. Gwen the hygienist was absolutely amazing. Also explained things and listened well and took time with me even through it kept her past closing time on a Friday afternoon. Good people who really care. Overall a great experience.

I found this dentist office due to needing a root canal done ASAP and they were the first office I found opened. Since the root canal I’ve been in a few more times and I can honestly say everyone I have ever encountered there has been nothing but personable and kind. Dr. Burbank has been amazing and everything is explained very well prior to any work being done. I think I’ve finally found my forever dentist office 🥰
