I have to say I love coming to Dr.strobels office. I love the hygenist they always make me feel so welcomed. I’m also a student who is hoping to become a dental hygenist and they have allowed me to shadow. I love the atmosphere here.

I would never return to this office. It was super unsanitary. There were box bugs on the paperwork handed to me. Crawling all over the windows, ceilings and chair. They took forever to clean my teeth and my teeth didn’t even feel clean afterword. They billed my insurance wrong and then when I called to fix it they billed me for the day I called instead of the day I actually went in. They kept messing up my payment and they were super unorganized. The person who did the billing had no idea what they were doing and should have been trained properly. The hygienist should have been more thorough and more efficient with her time. Go anywhere else.

My husband had some work done here last week. he's been very impressed with the service and has another appointment to go get some more work done. Definitely would recommend for anyone who needs a dental professional in Rexburg.

Fantastic Dentist! I was a little less inclined at first due to the fewer reviews than the other family dentists but I regret nothing. For one they’re open on Saturday’s at no extra cost like 99% of the others around here in rexburg and Idaho falls. He was able to take care of a root canal for me in less than an hour made sure i was as comfortable as possible pain wise during the procedure. The proceeding 2 visits i was also out in less an hour. The desk was friendly, clear, and answered all my questions no hesitation. Payment method and cost is also more than reasonable. If wait time is a huge deal for you I’d recommend here. He’s quick, precise and obviously knows what he is doing. Great for students with low budgets and those looking for an experienced/ trustworthy dentist.

Mariko was the one that I seen . And she was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and courteous. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was just to do you exam teeth exam before having my teeth cleaned. She took her time to go over the x-ray and also what was going on with my teeth, bone structure gums. She gave a very thorough explanation letting me know what was going on as well as what procedure needed to be done. I would highly recommend Dr. struggles office and asked for mariko for a teeth cleaning!

I am so glad I made the decision to contact Dirk Strobel and his staff regarding my dental health. Unhappy with my previous care, Dr. Strobel was able to get me in without delay, on the day I needed. They were awesome to listen to my concerns and why I felt I needed to make a change. He listened as I recounted my dental woes and took at look at the problem.

After a quick numbing job by the fabulous Gena Hamilton, one of his capable assistants, they fixed me up, and they didn't break my bank account, either. I looked at Gena and said: YOU'RE MY DENTIST NOW.

I live in Idaho Falls, and will gladly make the drive, regardless of the weather.

My wife recently had her wisdom teeth taken out here and she was very nervous about the whole ordeal. Dr. Strobel was very kind and nice throughout the whole procedure, helping her relax and get through it. They were also very accommodating with our schedule since my wife works full time and only has a couple days off a week. The prices were very reasonable and our insurance covered most of it. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Rexburg area!

I had a great cleaning and X-ray today. They took their time and were gentle. All around a great experience. Thanks so much for taking new patients during COVID-19 and for taking Medicare.

Mari did so awesome on my cleaning! She is thorough and explains everything she is doing so well! The people at the office are great!

Him and his assistant were super sweet! I’ve always been nervous at the dentist but they made me feel better about the experience. I think I just found my new favorite dentist! He’s a funny guy!
