10/10 would recommend this place to go and get your dentist work done. It's been a couple years since I had last gone (due to huge anxiety/fear of the dentists) but I had quite a good experience. Paige did my cleaning and was so respectful of how I was feeling and announced each step of the cleaning she was going to do. Then when it was time to speak with the dentist it went really well! All was well with my teeth and it was just an overall great experience. Even down to checking in & out. The receptionist was so kind and willing to work hard to get all my new insurance things added. Again, would recommend this place.

They were very gentle and took their time. I had to get 2 cavities filled and I didn't even feel the numbing going in. I have very sensitive teeth and I didn't feel anything painful or uncomfortable and the staff was so friendly! The front desk receptionist weren't in a rush to get me to sit down, they took their time to answer any questions or concerns I had. The lady that cleaned my teeth, (I don't remember her name) but she took her time and made sure I was comfortable. In the 3 times I went in the last couple weeks I've only had positive experiences. Also, I have never had an office print out a care plan and show the estimated expense before getting a procedure done but that helped me feel confident and at ease being able to expect roughly how much it would cost. (I am a poor college student lol) I have nothing bad to say and I can confidently recommend these guys to everyone!

Eagle Rock Dental in Rexburg checks all the boxes for customers new and old from what I have seen in my recent visits.
They are crystal clear with how much insurance will cover vs what will be owed.
They let you get your appointments at your own pace and are very accommodating to tight schedules (Letting you know a round aboutish time of how long something should/will take before starting any procedure with really close accuracy)
They are very good at numbing with minimal pain as well as providing excellent communication during the process to make sure you feel comfortable at each procedure.
They also do a great job of keeping you at ease when it comes to informing you of what to expect.
They also are very genuinely happy people who you feel good being around (Which isn't always the case with dentist offices).
Through and through they are a very well rounded, clean, consistent, and welcoming environment. If anyone is concerned about going to a dentist because it's been a while. This is the place to go. They will help change your perspective on what a dentist office can do for you.

Quite comfortable waiting area. It also has an area for children to play. The staff is upbeat, professional, pleasant and personable. The assistant, Melanie, and Dr. Hammond made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They both did a great job repairing my loose crown from another dentist's work from years ago. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I've been going here for years. They've always been on time with appointments and they are able to schedule you soon, rather than some places I've been where the wait was 3-4 weeks.
Dr. Bauer not only checks for the normal things, but also notices seemingly small issues that can lead to big issues if not taken care of.
