I had a great opportunity to spend a good amount of hours shadowing both Dr. Wilkes and Dr. Smith for various dental procedures and I can definitely say that I would feel comfortable getting work done here as a patient! I've seen many patients, including some of my own friends and people I know come in to get work done here, and everyone I've personally talked to has nothing but good things to say about these doctors. They do a fantastic job, making sure that every patient is as comfortable as possible throughout the procedures and they inform their patients, answer their questions and give them options without pressuring them. They are solid, quality, honest guys who provide outstanding service and their patients love them. The staff, hygienists, and assistants are equally wonderful!! They treat their patients like gold, they all were incredibly nice to me the whole time I was there asking them a million questions, and I know from experience that they will treat you like gold too.

Beryl had a negative experience. The tooth that was extracted was very difficult to remove. This resulted in a lot of swelling and bruising. Also, Beryl’s body cannot tolerate the antibiotics that were prescribed, they make her very ill. We need to find another antibiotic that she can tolerate.

We moved from a great dentist in Michigan, so I was a little concerned that we wouldn't be able to find a good one here. However, I was welcomed by not only the friendly atmosphere of the office but the sheer kindness of the staff. I'm happy with their work.
