Had an excellent experience at this office. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Dr. Clark made me feel like I’ve known him for years even though I just met him that day. Adrian is an awesome hygienist who really knows what he is doing and is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I can’t forget Bailey. She was the best dental assist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I feel like I am in great hands whenever I go to mountain lake dental.

Upon entering this office you are greeted by the amazing team at the front desk, today it was Lori and Dominique.
Although I absolutely loathe going to the dentist .....I can honestly say that Doctor Smith and Susan, my assistant, made me as comfortable as possible and the visit as pleasant as could be. Both ladies were so caring and professional.
I would feel comfortable (and have) recommended this fine establishment to my family and friends.

I have always felt comfortable coming in for dental care and have never had any problems. However, on 4 August, as I was asking a receptionist if I should pay now or later, (two appointment procedure) the woman called Michelle turned to us and informed me that "it is customary to pay at the time of service" with not so friendly attitude. I will be coming back, but I hope that I do not have to encounter her. Other than that, you guys are great.

I hate the dentist as a general rule. I would prefer to be completely anaesthetized the entire time-even during a routine cleaning…. I’m that bad about it.
But Mountain Lake Dental made my routine cleaning as easy and painless as possible. Also had an old filling replaced completely painlessly. They’re great! Maybe next time I won’t be such a wuss!

I’m not a regular patient. I had an emergency and they squeezed me in on a Saturday. Everyone was kind and attentive. Didn’t make me feel as though I put them out.
