Super helpful and understanding. I haven’t been to a dentist in years because I can’t afford insurance. Not only did they help me find a way to pay for all the dentistry I needed done they made me feel comfortable dispute me being self conscious about my situation. 10/10!!!!!

The staff and docs were amazing. But after telling my husband, who came in for a broken wisdom tooth with alot of pain, that we needed at least 2000 dollars before they would do anything to help with infection and take it out we could not afford the time it would take to pay that upfront.

I went in for some broken teeth and cavities filled. Some how the conversation came up about dentures.I asked how much would be. 14k is what I was told. So I said that wasn't an option. She had me fill out some paperwork for a loan. I told her that I was disabled and I am on a fixed income. I said I just want them pulled and filled. That is when she told me my insurance is maxed out. How is that possible, she then told me it was for the X-rays that were taken in order to give me a quote. I'm sorry but that is very shady. and to leave me walking out with a toothache and no insurance to get them fixed...

Esmeralda was so kind and caring to give all she could to help me .
Thank God for her she made sure that she did all she could to make sure I got my teeth..
She fight very hard to make sure that I could get my new teeth..
Esmeralda made 2023 a smiling New Year cuz I finally after 6 months without my teeth .
I Could smile again.

Went in for first appt. OCTOBER 2022. Mentioned I might need new dentures. Took all my credit card info. Stuffed my face with the gewey stuff. Charged my card 1500.00 when I found a real dentist. Charges are being disputed. Card is in my husband's name. He didn't authorize any payment.

Very satisfied with the service, you can go to any Aspen Dental nationwide, and they will have access to your records, and no need for more x-rays

My first visit went pretty good no complaints. I actually really enjoyed how thorough with all the X-rays they do, but that’s when the issue comes in. My second appointment I went in to get two wisdom teeth pulled the top one he got no problem, the bottom one he pulled on for a good 30 minutes then mentions it might be fused to the bone or another tooth. I’m not a dentist but you would think you could see something like that in the 50 million X-rays you took the day before. Also they told me it would be $485 to pull one tooth then after all that it only ended up costing me $145 doesn’t make any sense to me

I'm not impressed at the moment. My bottom dentures cracked in half Thursday morning. I then left a message w them during OPEN hours. No return call. Left a message Friday again during open hours. No return call back!! I work full time and I "just love" working toothless. I'm living check to check because of the payment for these teeth. I expect a little better service. MAYBE they can earn back some stars if they ever get back with me!!!

Great service! I made my appointment online at 6 PM for then next morning at 730 AM. The paperwork was easy and I had X-rays don’t within 15 minutes of arrival. I was diagnosed and treated to replace a filling and out the door within 1 hour. The staff was friendly and courteous and the Drs demeanor was great. Great experience!
