I have insurance through work and knew nothing about going to someone in my network. Went in to see the dentist and the lady who told me how much it would cost for an extraction. It was going to be more than expected and the lady never told me that I was out of my network but she had highlighted the part on the paper where it said out of network. She really did want me to get the tooth extracted but never informed me why it was so much more. Very unprofessional. I think they just wanted the money. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Had to find out at work that I needed to go to a dentist in my network. Found someone and it cost a lot less than they wanted to charge. They need to inform patients of every detail

Had two teeth decayed and hurting called and they got me in the very next day. As a new patient, I wasn't expecting to get in so soon. Then while I was there they decided on treatment abs was able to do it that day. I was so thankful. The staff was friendly and the procedure went well. They were always making sure I was comfortable, I usual hate going to the dentist but that day I never felt more at ease. Thank you to everyone there.
