Wish there were 0 stars .. wish the actual dentist was reading this . I took a day to come down to get a consult and thought I had a great consult and was on for scheduling in 4 crowns maybe 6 . I called to get scheduled and was told when I had left to schedule through the assistant who was now not available and never returned my calls .. the front girl Gabby was very snarky and told me that due to the phone calls and my consult that I would not be able to get in . WTH?????? I wonder if the dentist actually made that call or whenever the front girl just decided to not meed 5000$ ?
It was very unprofessional and I will never recommend anyone to go .. professionalism is certainly lacking .

Why isn’t there zero stars available? My husband has been going to Roberts & Hall for years, with what we thought were no issues. This year, I talked my husband into seeing my dentist… talk about a God intervention. His wisdom teeth were decaying his jaw and creating a very large hole. It’s so severe that if he were to take even the slightest impact to his jaw it would break. My dentist called for my husband’s previous years’ X-Rays and this issue has been noticeable since 2010, and easily fixable at that point. Now he is going to have to have surgery and miss time from work. When I called to question Roberts & Hall, I was told X-Rays are up for interpretation and then asked if we wanted a 2nd opinion from them. Really? Why would we get a 2nd opinion from your office if it wasn't caught the first time? The oral surgeon would now be our 3rd opinion. So, this is the sympathy and understanding we get from your horrendous mistake? Even the Admin at my dentist office could see the issue on the 2010 X-Rays. First and foremost, I can’t believe you treat patients this way and I can’t believe that you take such a cavalier attitude when it comes to your very obvious mistake. We’ll never be back, and we are so very glad that we have a competent dentist to turn to.
