Associates for General Dentistry, LTD

Well, unless you work for and earn a paycheck from a dentist's office, then I'm sure you'd agree, going to visit a dentist is not an event you'd be excited over in nearly any circumstance. I recently heard about this location from someone who thought this place would be a good fit for me after some less than stellar dentistry work over the years by various dentists throughout the area. However the trust I have with the person who recommended this office is high, I happily remained skeptical. After a few weeks I reached out to the office, scheduled my appointment, and waited to be disappointed once again. The appointment day arrived. I must say that I felt welcomed from the moment I entered the office. However, a hello with a smile doesn't clean my teeth. Without getting too detailed, the cared for feeling through the entire procedure never disappeared and the quality of work was equally welcoming. My friend, who was right once again, has earned a few more notches. However, I'd have to say, she was slightly in error. It wasn't a good fit. It was a great fit.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Dr Vallely has been my dentist for 30+ years and he is great. He is surrounded by a caring, kind and professional staff that are always there to help in any way. If you are looking for a great dental experience that you will look forward to going to....call their office. They are terrific!

I've had Dr. Vallely as my dentist for nearly 40 years now. He's taken great care of my teeth. Everything from flouride treatments (and cavity fillings) as a kid, to braces in high school, and all the cleanings and x-rays in between and since. It almost feels like I'm visiting a friend of the family.

The building he works out of is nice and clean. It has a comfortable waiting room and even the dental recliners are nice. Each of the offices has a television for something to watch while you're getting your teeth cleaned.

They have a very modern set of tools at their disposal. Everything from the actual teeth cleaning tools to the computer system they set appointments with and track your records with seems to work really well.

His staff of dental technicians has always been great. I would describe them as professional and friendly. (Yes, yes, I will floss more!)

Anyways, to wrap this up, Dr. Vallely runs a great practice and I couldn't recommend his services any higher. It's been a real pleasure having him as my dentist all these years.

I really like Dr. Vallely, the dental hygienist, and the staff at Associates For General Dentistry, DDS in Arlington Heights. We transferred to this practice when we became unhappy with our previous dentist. She had told us our son needed 2 cavities filled, and that we had to pay when we made that appointment. I looked at online comments and decided to try this practice. My son was examined and was told, only one cavity needed filling. In the 5 years that the 3 of us have been coming, he has never needed another cavity filled. They people are very friendly and polite. The hours and parking are very convenient. One year, when I was working with a Christmas dinner for the homeless, Dr. Vallely gave me a whole case of toothpast to give to the people. The whole experience has been very positive. I highly recommend you make this practice your new place for dentistry.

I have been going to see Dr. V and his associates for years now. I used to live in the area and have since moved to Lake in the Hills. I still make the trip to see them for my peace of mind in the wonderful service I know I'll receive. I have also used a bite guard for years and the best one I have owned, by far, has come from Dr. V. I can't say enough nice things about the entire group of professionals that work at Associates fo General Dentistry! I'm a loyal patient and will be for a long time to come.

I have been going to this practice for 33 years. They are the best! From the time you walk in the door it is a wonderful patient experience. Dr. Ed has always continued to educate himself on the latest and best practices, this is something I admire and like knowing he is up to date on his industry.
Always clean and staff is very professional.

I went in for pre-surgical check up. As always the ladies that work there were very friendly. They remember who I am & we chat a bit about our families & how things are going. I only waited a few minutes for the Dr.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. He is always understanding to my dental needs. He knows I am very nervous about any work & he is always gentle. At one visit I needed 4 teeth pulled. I did not even feel a thing when he gave me the Novacaine shots, I think I had 3 & had to ask if he even started.
If you are looking for a very competent, kind & understanding dentist then I would highly recommend Dr. Vallely & staff.

For me it was great to get an appointment so fast. My crown prep was painless. Doctor Valley knows what he is doing!

We have been a patient of Dr Vallely's for about 38 years. We have trusted him with all of our dental work. That in itself should tell you how we feel about his practice. There have been three moves since we first started seeing Dr Ed. The latest move put us 18 miles away. We have changed family physicians, but not our dentist. My wife is deathly afraid of dentists and Dr Vallely is the only dentist she will go to.

This is the best Dental office that I have ever gone to - Dr. Vallely and his staff are wonderful! The office is always clean. They are on time. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Vallely is a very skilled and excellent dentist. He pays close attention to the detail of his work. Also, I did not experience any pain associated with the work of my crown or fillings.
