Personal, professional, friendly, extremely talented with latest dental technology! While nobody loves going to the dentist, Springer/Orser Dentistry is pushing back on that notion in very effective ways. Dare I say, I'm looking forward to my next visit!

If I could rate 10 stars I would. I stumbled upon Arlington Adult dentistry when I was interested in laser gum contouring, but little did I know I had found what is probably one of the best dental practices in the country. Dr. Springer went above and beyond from the early stages of planning to the actual execution of my treatment. You will feel like his only patient. The rest of the staff, hygienists, and assistants are very skilled at their jobs and make you feel like you’re at home. Even if I move an hour or so away, I will still make the trip when I need to see a dentist or get a cleaning. I am utterly blown away by the skill, technology, and overall care at this place. Highly, highly recommend!

Dentists are NOT all the same. I found that out quickly when I started with Dr. Springer and decided to try someone local because it was more convenient. I am now back with Dr. Springer and his amazing staff. Dr. Springer is unique in that he cares so much about his patients, he listens, explains what is going on and goes above and beyond. He is incredibly thorough and will spend the extra time needed to make sure your tooth is perfect. His staff is amazing. They are ALL welcoming, nice and always have a smile on their face. You can tell that Dr. Springer takes amazing care of his people and it shows. My hygienist Angie is the best! And I have had others, they are ALL great! Not to mention the technology they use for teeth cleaning is top of the line!! The office itself is clean, modern and exactly what you would want to see/walk into when you visit your dentist. I would 100% recommend Dr. Springer to all my friends, near AND far.

The staff is amazing- so professional and welcoming. Dr Springer did an amazing job with my daughter’s implants; he was so patient with her and was supportive to me every step of the way. We are thrilled with the end product! Would highly recommend!

You will be in great hands with Dr. Springer! I was nervous when I first came in but he walked me through their process and took his time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions. He took great care with me to make sure I was always comfortable. I found Dr. Springer to be extremely detailed and well prepared and I am well beyond satisfied with the results.
Also, the professional staff at Springer/Orser is second to none! They are always there with a friendly greeting, to talk with you about your day, and really made me feel more at ease every time I would come in. I also appreciate how seriously they take their Covid protocols to keep me and everyone else safe. Thank you!

Just shifted my care over to this group. Dr. Orser and his staff are the best, not only in their practice of dentistry, but also in making the experience wonderful (or at least as much as a dental procedure can be). Dr. Orser took time to explain everything me - what was the problem and how he was going to fix it. I never felt he was rushing to get to the next patient. He practices evidence-based dentistry, uses the latest technologies, and is particularly focused on preventative dental care. His staff are caring, professional, and competent. I recommend this group with great enthusiasm.

I believe that the general consensus would be that tooth extractions are not a desirable event but occasionally necessary. Dr. Springer did an excellent job when I had to have one done recently. He and his staff treat all their patients with loving care.
