New patients here and we were pleasantly surprised with the entire staff! Everyone was very friendly yet professional, Ellie (*spelling), Deb, Beth, Dr.Shah and some others that I didn’t catch their names. From scheduling our appointments to the minute we walked out the door after our appointments, the whole process was smooth and flawless. We arrived at our appointment time and our hygienists came to get us within a minute or two, no waiting around. The cleanings were great and felt a thoroughly job was done, they didn’t rushed through. Our teeth feel so clean compared to our last visit at another local dentist office across town. I highly recommend Chapko and Shah to anyone looking for a switch. It was like a breath of fresh air! Equipment and offices were clean. You can tell it’s a well run office and employees are happy to be there. I would highly recommend this office! They are amazing!

This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. So personal yet professional. They make me feel like I'm just visiting an old friend. Both doctors always ask me how things are going and they refer to and remember me and my family as if they just had dinner with me the night before. All of my children have been going there since their early teen years and because of their staff and doctors my children have never been afraid of the dentist! I'm very thankful to them for that! Such a great office staff too. Thank you for always making us feel welcome and comfortable!

I'm a grown adult with severe anxiety about the dentist and was recommended to go to see Dr. Chapko as he isn't someone to judge. Today was my first real visit for x-rays and to see what was going on.
I can not say enough positive things about my experience with every single one of these amazing kind human beings. So very comforting and educational the entire time I was there. This was my first time at Chapko & Shah dentistry. Everyone at the office is so friendly! Tanya was my hygienist and she was lovely, personable, and knowledgeable in what she’s doing. She made sure to tell me everything she was doing before she did it! Dr. Shah was so nice and I can’t wait to get my whole family back for cleanings!

Dr.Chapko did an extraction and bone graft on me. I did not even feel the shots he put into my mouth o any pain from the extraction. Totally impressed with his procedure because this was never the case in the past with other dentist. This practice does not push unnecessary procedures. I would highly recommend.
