Hands down, the best dentist and team around! Every dentist I have been to has been rough and not so gentle, besides Dr. Stroud. It’s a pretty chill environment too. They have a TV to watch in the waiting room, massage chairs, and she plays some pretty good music... some weird music... but mostly good 😂. while she is working on your chompers, she talks to you and always asks if you’re ok. (Which makes me feel better) and she is even better with little kids.
Seriously though, I couldn’t even feel it when she put the needle in my mouth to numb it... that’s how gentle she is.

Dr. Stroud is amazing. The receptionist on the other hand is not...I think her name was Sarah. I made appointments for my boys last week, I received a text to confirm their appointments in which I did. I then recieved a message saying there appointments were cancelled due to no confirming. So I called the office to let them know we will be there and she said she already filled there spots. I then told her I can email a screen shot of me confirming them, in which she was interested in. Not once did she apologize. Not once was she understanding. She acted like it was all my fault. I went ahead and sent the email with the screen shots so she knew I wasnt lieing, (even though she made it clear she didn't care) because she was acting like I was. Edit***I got a call and they made it right! Thank you rend lake dental for always caring about your customers! Its much appreciated! Lacey is the best!!

I had my appointment scheduled for almost a month. I’ve been getting text messages telling me about appointments that were sooner, but only giving me 30 minutes to get there. Explained I take the bus, can’t get there that fast. But also started receiving text messages reminding me about my appointment. And to respond YES. If I’m going. I did that. Received a text again reminding me. I text YES. Received one this morning as well. I responded YES. I get there today. I’m told they don’t take my insurance. Really very very unprofessional.
