Excellent dentist! Would highly recommend. My daughter and I had such a great experience. Staff was so kind. Chris did an outstanding job, very knowledgeable and caring. We left feeling fantastic. The renovation done to the building were so beautifully done as well. Great improvement. I feel confident my teeth are going to get the care they need here

The entire staff was attentive, patient and kind. They talked me through everything in great detail and consistently asked for my thoughts. I absolutely LOVE Great Rivers Dental!!!! The staff is amazing!!! I had my first appointment here and I haven't been to the dentist since I was kid. I was taken straight back. Emily was sooo amazing and kind!!!! Dr. Sarah was soooo great and took the time to examine my teeth and explain to me what needed to be done in a way I could understand. The girls in the front office explained everything including cost and payment options. I would recommend Great Rivers Dental to EVERYONE!!!!! So glad this is now my dental place!!!!!

Canceled my appointment for February and then said they could not get me scheduled until end of April. This is after I scheduled my appointment six months in advance. Also, very poor customer service by team member that called out to me. Been going to this location for last three years no problems, new management.
