My experience over the years coming here as always been great. The staff and the dentists are always so friendly and welcoming. They also do a really great job of listening to you when it comes to numbing the area they plan on working on. I've been here for filings,cleanings and extractions and have not ever had a problem. Wait time is usually minimal and you can always expect to be here about an hour at most. They do a great job of taking care of what needs to be taken care of in a timely manner.

These folks have been cleaning my teeth for while now…couple years maybe. They improved my brushing which was damaging my gums. I was surprised I was doing anything wrong, I’m an adult! But I was brushing too aggressively and using an electric toothbrush which wasn’t helping my cause. Then the Dr there noticed a chipped filling and got me scheduled for a crown. First I had the temporary crown, then on schedule a couple weeks later, the permanent crown was installed. And one week after that I had the crown fitted further so it fit perfectly. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I used government insurance and I sometimes think we don’t get the very best care…but I have to compliment the folks there for doing a great job and attending to all my questions and concerns.

The staff were very caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable and professional.
She felt fine (no pain) after the Dental work.

The most unprofessional Healthcare facility I've ever been too. They treat you like a number and have zero regards for the pain you feel and it truly feels like the dentists assistant enjoyed watching the pain the patients go through. Also they said they would give me pain pills, and like many other people said in these reviews...they didn't.

I made my son an appt for Dec 5th for an emergency appt for the root canal he needed that was causing him incredible pain and also to no be able to attend school. We get to the appt 15 mins early
We weren't brought back till 15 mins after our appt. The only thing that was done was an xray. Dentist said he was only scheduled for an emergency appt and he can't do it there's no time. (He kept saying it takes 45 mins) meanwhile we had been there for an hour at this point. At 4:15 They then offered an appt for a week away. I said absolutely not my child is missing school in so much pain he can't eat. So finally they said the next morning at 9 December 6th. We get to the appt get right back to the room. The assistant asked how he was he said in alot of pain. I added the dr never sent in pain meds he said he would. They put numbing stuff on his tooth we sat there for 20 minutes. Finally the dentist comes in to do the root canal. I timed him he was with my son for 8:53. He left the room to work on another patient. Came back after 10 mins and worked another 6 mins on my child. So he spent 15:09 in total time with my son. This isn't good patient care and there way of doing things should be addressed. You can't leave 0 stars or I would have.

Dasari and Denise is really nice and was gentle on my mouth. I recommend them two if you ever go to Lakewood family Dental to get any dental work done. They're the best.

They were kind , sensitive to our issues they were very reassuring. Also did a great job with color matching. Or so I think anyways. I was worried at first but they eased me through it.

People are super cool and work with you. Had to have a tooth extracted and they were super nice and took care of me quickly and made it as painless as possible!

I have a lot of anxiety coming to the dentist. So much that I neglect my routine cleanings and wait years to come in. I am finally starting to work through it and get very well needed dental work done. While the doctors and staff are nice, The ONLY reason I am writing a 5 star review was for the amazing assistant Bailey (not sure how she spells it) who helped me today with my fillings. She talked me through the entire appointment, made some small talk to help me feel more connected, and just overall was a very bright uplifting energy.
