Hated that I waited awhile for someone to get to the desk. But once she got there she was very quick. Brenda and Doctor Aura were awesome!

I had a tooth that was broke. Called the office at 1:00, got an appointment at 5:00 and my tooth was extracted by 6:00. Dr. Wu and his assistant were very friendly, very gentle and explained every part of the procedure. I had called a different dentist before I called Lakewood, told them I had a broken tooth and they gave me an appointment that was almost a month from the day I called.I am extremely happy and encourage everyone to visit him.

Hi Friends, i went for cleaning lakewood falmily dental, they cleaned and filled after that i suffered lot with my dental, i went for second time for the issue and they checked and everything good, if everything good then why i am getting pain i asked and they don't have answers.

finally they telling consult another endo dentist.

i heard same issues my friends also who went for cleaning .

last rating one i selected, otherwise i won't give single also, i have very very bad history with them.....

I was very nervous about an extraction but was the best experience I've had at a dentist! They were gentle and very nice to their patients 😊

Went in for a cleaning and halfway through they told me I needed a $600 “deep cleaning”. When I said no they wouldn’t clean any more. Went to my old dentist and paid out of pocket - they said my teeth were fine and the deep cleaning is a sham.

I made a dental appointment for today at 8am the assistant called to confirm it yesterday but failed to mention they don’t open to 9am I had trouble contacting them about the issue when I finally spoke to someone she thought it was humorous that I was sitting in front of a closed office in pain looking at an email stating a time that Lakewood dental provided and I got up out my bed on time I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’m so thankful for the staff! The assistants I saw were so kind, helpful and eased all my worry and stress! Going in for dental work is something I dread so coming to a new place had me very worried. My anxiety was put to rest with a staff that heard me and comforted my worries, quick teeth extraction with incredible communication and respect of the moments I needed a break. I can’t thank them enough for their help! Mohini is the absolute sweeest!!

I chose this office partially because they were open after normal working hours, and it worked well with my job. The reviews seemed good online. It's possible that they have people writing false reviews for them because the rating online was NOT representative of the office.

Upon arrival, the office was dingy and cramped. The girl at the front desk was dressed and acted unprofessionally, didn't know how to find my insurance information, and had a poor attitude. When I was finally led back, I was brought to an open cube area with a dirty chair. At this point I should have walked out.

I stated to the (dentist? assistant? They didn't bother to tell me) that I knew I had a cavity between my teeth and would like to get that filled, and a teeth cleaning. They took x rays and the main dentist told me he didn't think I needed to fill the cavity. I told him that I would like to fill it anyway since it was on the outside of my tooth and visible. It wasn't causing pain but was aesthetically bothering me. Finally he agreed to fill it.

The entire job seemed rushed, the assistant didn't suction when she should have so I had water and debris all over my face, running down my neck, and in my hair, and he barely polished the filling out so now I have a rough, jagged edge down the side of my tooth. It is immensely painful today, but you better believe that I am going to a different doctor. When we were done with the filling, I had to ask for the cleaning, and even then, he glossed over my teeth with a drill-like tool, carelessly and repeatedly jabbed me in the gums. They moved straight to the polish, no flossing, no picking, and left the grit in my mouth. I tried to floss the cavity area when I got home but couldn't due to the filling having jagged edges and actually tearing the floss.

The cavity turned out to be quite large, and definitely needed to be filled. The two were talking about what they were doing afterward while rushing through this job on my teeth, so it's pretty clear they just wanted to be done for the day. I tried to pay my co-pay but they said they didn't know how much it would be and they would send me a bill. I won't be back to this office.

Pretty good dentist and great staff! It does feel a little to rushed with only one dentist the whole day. I like a dentist to take his time. But to get my work done only on a Saturday, they are good. Thanks!

Rosa was my dentist and she was AMAZING! She took care of everything I needed and was a very great listener when it came to how I was feeling while she was working. She made me feel completely comfortable and like I was part of a family here! Ps- - Rosa is the one with the most beautiful Amber eyes you will EVER see Lol! They are gorgeous just like her dentistry!!!!
