Dr always tries to squeeze me in when I have a legitimate problem. The staff is always very nice to me. The woman who cleaned my teeth is great! Nobody likes going to the dentist, but they always fix me up.

Lakewood was more then cooperative with ne letting me kniw exactly whats going on I walked in with x-rays and said I needed to I needed all four taken out. With in a few minuts a was sent to the back and already to go grant the whole time I was there took about a hour or so but during the time they started they gave safe signals incase of too much pain and mad it clear that when there was going to be pressure that you know. With this all said the only problem I ran into there was my own jaw bone wouldn't let go of the tooth so out side if that I thank them all for letting me keep all four wisdom teeth and the great help to get rid of a long term pain problem for a short time frame cant wait for these 2-3 weeks to go by

If I could give no starts I would. I took someone here for an emergency tooth extraction. He told the receptionist his name. She said ok have a seat. 20 min later, she says go on back Mr. Smith. We look at each other like who? Because we are the only people out here waiting. He says I'm not Mr Smith. I told you my name is xxxxx. She said oh I need your I'd and insurance, fill this out. And shoves a four page double sided packet to fill out. Another 20 min...mind you. This is an emergency extraction. Finally goes back. They have Mr Smith's x-rays!
All in all. I told him you should have just said yeah I'm Mr Smith. And never see a bill from them. Ridiculous!

It was a very pleasant experience at Lakewood Family Dental. All doctors and staff were very professional, honest, reliable and responsive. I'm saying this because I have seen worst before getting treated at Lakewood Family Dental. The place I visited before Lakewood scared the hell out of me, not professional nor problem solving whereas, Lakewood doctors and staff were very optimistic and fair towards my treatment. Overall, I felt very comfortable and relieved. I would recommend Lakewood Family Dental, Bloomington, IL for any dental issues, minor or major.

My girlfriend just came home from a HORRIFIC experience at Lakeview!! We are seriously considering taking action on them for unprofessional and careless work on her mouth!! Bedside manner is on par with Dr. Mengele in our opinion which is still very very fresh from the experience!!

The staff at Lakewood Family Dental was very friendly, outgoing & understanding... I was terrified of coming too the Dentist but Chanel made my experience good... I LoVe her & her personality.. Such a sweet girl.

The front office staff, (Mariah and Sandra) are both professional and an extreme pleasure to deal with.
The hygentist, (Shelby) is a sort of wizard with her tools and hands. She is well informed and very helpful clinically. -easy on the eyes too.
The dentist, (Dr. T) also holds his own.
I firmly believe your experience will be both comforting and positive should you choose to let them tool around in your mouth.

This Dental Clinic told me that we would have to pay out of pocket for the services that would be provided and the insurance wouldn't cover it. When calling the insurance company, they said that it wasn't true at all and everything would have been covered. The office didn't even try to get it covered and instead wanted us to pay the whole bill. When trying to tell the office that they were incorrect and that the insurance would cover it, they didn't know what they were doing nor want to listen to us. The wait time was also 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment. They have an x-ray machine that when activated, the dentist and nurses would leave the area before turning it on, but didn't do anything to protect the patients that were in the area. Seems incredibly dishonest and shady. If you can go somewhere else, go somewhere else.

I had the best experience with Jess she was patient with the fact I had a busy 9 month old and shes very professional and Lissette was very professional and nice . My experience was very good.
