Unreal! This practice needs to be shut down. No clue which dentist I had. He barely spoke English and didn't introduce himself at either appointment. I waited over an hour and a half for this man to look in my mouth for the SECOND TIME IN ONE WEEK, set his tool down , said nope, and WALKED AWAY! He pulled a tooth a few days before. He SHOVED THAT NEEDLE INTO MY GUMS SO HARD I about jumped out of the chair, then went right to ripping out said tooth without waiting for the Novocain to take effect. It was so painful.I had a previous infection. He looked at my X-ray's that day and wanted me to make an appointment to come back to remove the other tooth that was causing me incredible pain for weeks. I have Medicaid so I'm prettying screwed in Bloomington. I still cannot chew, or lay down without my entire jaw throbbing. And I am 4 months pregnant. Do not take yourself or your children to this god awful, unprofessional, extremely unclean mess of a "dental practice". I always give credit when credit is due, but the only thing due here is a letter to the BBC and the health department. Walk away like you're on fire.

Excellent care! Pria, the dentist, & Alyssa, who cleaned my teeth were gentle & nice. Nice atmosphere. Everyone there seems to enjoy working with each other.

This practice seems very dishonest. They told me I had four cavities and Dr. Kakalu was going to fill them at that appointment. I chose to have the work done at another office because I had already waited a half hour at Lakewood while they figured out my insurance. When I went to the other dentist, he told me I didn't have any cavities at all. It is really disappointing that Dr. Kakallu was going to charge me for dental work that I didn't need. I will not be going back to Lakewood and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

the doctor was quite informative and very hands on with me as a patient. the assistants were just as hands on and people friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. my experience was a great one

I can see why this dentist has bad reviews. This was my first visit to this dentist. I had to wait for two hours and I still didn't get seen, so I decided to leave. I told them that the waiting time was too long, instead of apologizing they said" okay." I found them to be very unorganized and unprofessional.

I have really bad teeth I'm missing many. Many need other small stuff. Pretty bad shape. This is my first visit and I will be back. This is the 5th dentist I've tried in Pontiac and Bloomington and by far the best. I found a winner finally

Very disappointed. I called to confirm they took my insurance plan. I took the day off work to bring my daughter to the dentist. Filled out paperwork and then they say, We don't accept your insurance plan. What?!
