I have never had a problem booking a quick appointment or with any long waits to get started. Both hygienists that I've had here have been friendly and professional, and very knowledgeable. They're also gentle - no mean flossers! Dr. Rock is very nice, and quick. I appreciate the genuine interest this practice shows regarding my health and any questions I might have.

Awesome and Amazing! Took my husband here for some extractions, which he was very nervous about. The last time he got a tooth pulled, he passed out! I wasn't sure he was going to stay, but the ENTIRE staff was so patient with him and very nice and understanding. For some reason every dentist that has pulled a tooth for him has had trouble. However, Dr. Nick has renewed his faith! He pulled 4 teeth in about five minutes, with no complications at all! When he said he was done, my husband and I just looked at each other in disbelief. I thought my husband was going to hug him! Dr. Nick is a SUPER HERO in our book!

I went in yesterday everybody was super nice the hygienist cleaned my teeth so good.!* they was late getting me in but I know next time they will get the IG queen in on time !

Worst dental experience go in with needing an extraction told person taking appointment needed it out asap
I get called back after a 45 minute wait they take xrays and wait again for dentist dentist comes in checks says yah needs to come out but have to reschedule for another day but before I leave she asks you want your yearly cleaning now looked at her and said yah I want more pain no thanks go out to receptionist to reschedule told her asap she tells me 30th of May today us the 19th told her to stick her appointment never going back don't go for an extraction you will suffer for more time before they get to you total waste of time

I had to have my wisdom teeth removed as they were severely impacted. First, they called for a different name. I assumed it was a slip up, no big deal. I corrected them, and the assistant just said, "yeah whatever." I thought this was rude, but really just wanted to get it over with. I got back to the room separated by curtains and they told me I was having 5 cavities filled. I said, "No I'm not, I'm having my wisdom teeth removed." Apparently when I corrected them on my name, they didn't listen. If I hadn't asked questions, I would've had a lot of unnecessary dental work. I was also led to believe I was having all of them out in one session. Wrong again. Noone told me until I was in the chair either. The actual dentists were very rude. I was obviously a little nervous after the incident, and the dentist was about to turn me away for being anxious about the procedure. They had to do 1 tooth per session. The second one was around lunch time. The dentist pried the impacted tooth out as fast as he could instead of drilling it. I have nerve damage now. On top of that? He left before he even signed my prescription forms. The assistant had to run out the door to bring him back to sign them. Why? He wanted to go on his lunch break. His assistant even told me that. If you value your lunch break over a patient's wellbeing you shouldn't be in the medical field. The swelling was terrible and I had terrible bruising all along my jaw. This is the only place my insurance will let me go and it's safe to say I'd rather deal with any other issues than to back there. They also did a filling on my sister. She never had pain before, but she has ever since. Several of the dental hygienists were very nice, but overall I would NEVER recommend anyone here.

Dr. Alan and DA Jessie were wonderful today! I haven't been to the dentist in years due to my fear, but today I went because someone else referred him to me and had a great experience. Dr. Alan explained all my teeth x-rays to be very well and did the work I need on my teeth very quick and properly. I had cavities and they were able to drill them out and fill them in within an hour. It was a very comfortable and welcoming environment.

Two stars. The man doing my x-rays was kind, made small talk, etc. However, I have a problem with rhe main dentists. Were EXTREMELY rough cleaning my teeth, even made my ears ring for a while. Were pretty sloppy also. Somebody walked out saying "this is ridiculous". My teeth slightly ache now. Just don't reccommend.

Lakewood has always been so pleasant.. nice staff, always so welcoming.. we came to know this place thru a friend. We had to visit this place for our Kid. His case is little different and critical so had faith in Dr Nick and traveled all the way from Chicago. He was outstanding.. he explained very clearly all the details and fixed my kids problem in no time. Also his post checkup follow was amazing.. we did also sent message during midnight asking questions on kids teeth pains. Which he took time and explained. I always recommend this place and 200% recommended Dr Nick for your next visit..
