I am always greeted by friendly staff. My hygienist always does a great job and makes sure I am comfortable. Had a new dentist at my regular check up. Super nice and made sure I knew exactly what was going on.

I just had the worst dental experience of my life here. I had some hygienist, I’ve never seen before, that seemed young, inexperienced, and rough. She probably jabbed my gums/lip 7 different times. When I looked at the swab that she was wiping the plaque onto, it was covered in blood. My mouth tasted like blood most the appointment. Not only that but she took only 20-25 minutes to stab my gums, scrub my teeth, take X-rays, and put on fluoride. When she put on the fluoride, she only spent like 15 seconds doing it because she just did the tops of my teeth. I have never had such a bad experience here, and I’ve been attending this dentistry for the last 18 years. Ever since Dr. Derry retired, they’ve just been going down hill. I do not recommend going here!!

My dental experience was great however I was told that the other to procedures that I was to have done was to cost me up front when I was told that all I had to do was put 20% down and the rest make payments. I have been going here for the last 7 years. I was not happy

Haven't met Dr. Pieper yet but I had a good appointment with Dr. Patel last year and met Dr.Dutz yesterday. The people at Midwest Dental are great for my mouth and a pleasure to talk with. Oh, excuse ME, I forgot the Dental Hygienists; They are GREAT! My favorite retired but I have not been disappointed with the experience since then. Good tooth care and good conversation; how could I complain. Oh, the staff up front has ALWAYS been great; didn't want to leave them out either.
