Assistant wore face mask only on her mouth. When I asked why she didn’t cover her nose she said she didn’t like doing that. I also wrote down the address where I wanted my medication sent and they still set it to the wrong pharmacy. Dentist seamed competent. But won’t go back because of unprofessional tech.

Nightmare denture experience. I'll fitting after 5 attempts. Look nothing like the way real teeth did. Different shape, position, and size. Didn't look at xrays till a year later. Misogynist never using name.

Worst let down of my life. They claim easy financing and yet didnt happen. Insurance didnt cover hardly anything. So you either better have a ton of money in the bank or have a medical card from the state so free.

It took about 1/2 of a year to get the top plate relined (I wish I would have had you guys do the bottoms too), but I'm very pleased with the fit. That upper plate almost fits and is almost as comfortable at my original (RIP).
Many thanks! Maybe in the near future I'll have you all do my bottoms. I'd love to have the two or 3 implants to secure them. I don't wear the because I don't want them shooting out of my mouth whilst I conversation. That's why I don't wear them. Maybe after I purchase my Mercedes and pay off my mansion in the Hamptons...

I came in on an emergency notice and tried o get a doctor to see me to get me out of pain until I had the time to come back to actually get dentures put in and as I was upset saying I needed something for pain the receptionist said to never come back and I was unwelcome. they do no trust their customers and are a terrible company in general. ive paid cash every single time Ive seen them and they still cant come to understandings with a customer. take every other option before resorting to such an inconsiderate company.

Haven’t answered the phone In 3 days. Every time I call it’s please hold while I help another patient. Over an hour on hold this morning. Around 2 hours yesterday of constantly calling back and being placed on hold. Ridiculous.

If you are a preferred ppo provider and still get bill whatever you want then it is totally unfair. Went in to get an estimate and got billed for a comprehensive exam (which in my opinion was not right). But they send me a bill. The insurance company clearly states that they cannot bill anything outside of their contractual agreed amount. If you call them, you keep getting transferred and can never speak to someone who can help. I will never go back. Their TV ads are completely misleading. Hated the experience.

Really the absolute worst dental experience of my entire life. Do yourself a favor, do not go here. Find any other dentist! These positive reviews are not to be believed. Do not believe the good reviews. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
