I called to make an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient. My appointment was made at the wrong location so I had to call back to change the location. I went in for my appt and I only received an exam. I was not told over the phone that first appointments are for exams only. Now I need to make another appointment for a cleaning. Everyone in the office was very kind.

Very professional! Little waiting time. Procedure, though an hour, seem to fly by. From the Technician to Billing associate to Manager, all were very polite and comfortable to talk with. Great family atmosphere!

They are an awful place to go. I was just there in August. 4 months later filling fell out. They want to charge you money for a bunch of things you don't need. And it's there fault it fell out. Go any where but there.

I am very disappointed with Aspen Dental.
I had a crown done at the office in Champaign Illinois which had fallen off. They reattached the crown incorrectly, I believe because it cracked a week later.
Members of the staff at the Champaign office seem to be distracted and not very friendly.
I decided to visit the Mattoon office to have the issue taken care of only to find out that the Aspen Dental name is only a name and they don't stand behind the brand.
They could not take care of the previous blunders but they were very happy to find other ways to try to separate me from my money.
I was told that I'd need to go back to the original office to have the work corrected.
I do not have any confidence that they can actually sort this out to my satisfaction and I definitely will not reccomend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Went into my first visit and The dental hygienist Page was very informative.Hanna did my cleaning and was gentle and very personable.I had several X-rays done by Kimberly and she made that a more pleasant experience by having friendly conversation.Last I saw Dr Thompson who was the best.I felt very comfortable and for me that is important.Overall experience was wonderful.

Despite not having an appointment and being overbooked with others, the staff got me right in for an emergency. I was treated wonderfully by all and got the necessary care, treatment and financial information needed then and for future care. No lectures or judgement either. Outstanding

They double booked me twice and had to reschedule. When I finally made it into the office, they were running an hour behind schedule. Will look for a different dentist.
