They tell you an estimate based on your insurance, then a month or two later they hit you with bills. I would not recommend this place. I agreed to almost $500 out of pocket and I ended up paying over $700 in total.

As a Veteran, I took advant advantage of A span Dental, when they adverised free dental care on a certain day. I want to Thank Aspen Dental of Champaign,illionois, their terrific dentist(s) and all their wonderful staff for taking exceptional care of my Dental needs, from Start early July, 2017 till my Last appointment 15 January 2018, they all have been tremendous to me, saying Tha k Ypu isnt enough. They all should be commented to the highest. Thank You all 👍👍

I spent three hours at this dentist office today I had to have a lot of work done they put my mind at ease everybody was friendly the doctor was amazing the hygienist was absolutely amazing overall I would recommend this office and seems how I have to have a lot more work done I’ll be spending more time with these lovely ladies 😊

Quick to get in, fast service, unsure about quality of work. Might be my lack of understanding of teeth and mouth issues. Military discount and free military day is a huge bonus.
I will be going back and will reevaluate at that time.

Waited over an hour before I left. Don't understand why they would schedule me at 2:45 & then proceed to make me wait an hour to be seen. I'm not sure how much longer it would've taken to actually get seen, but I couldn't wait in that hot lobby which was lacking air conditioning. I found this extremely unprofessional. Work on your scheduling, not everyone can take hours out of their day for a consultation & X-Rays that shouldn't take long at all.

This office has some real issues with scheduling. Twice I've had appointments, gone to the office only to learn that my appointment was changed or entered in the system wrong. Today I called to confirm my appointment for Friday (scheduled 6 mos ago) and was told I did not have an appointment on the books. Needless to say, I'll be finding another dentist.

No consideration for customers time. Although I agree the dentist and assistants were extremely nice, their front desk receptionist was extremely rude. Should not be working in customer service if she doesn't know how to deal with customers.

Best experience ever, I was scared but from the receptionist to every other staff I encountered was soooo helpful. I recommend Aspen in Champaign Illinois to everyone who needs dental care! I went in a bundle of nerves and came out laughing and smiling! Thank you Aspen!!

One of the worst dental experiences I have had. I have nothing good to say about this place. Unless you are going in for a regular 6 month or year checkup, go somewhere else for your more serious dental work.

I, like most people, don't like dentists. I broke a tooth and had to get it removed. Everyone was nice, very professional and took a lot of care to help me avoid pain or stress while I was there.
