Aspen Dental

All the staff at Aspen are kind and professional. The office is very clean and has new high tech equipment. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I gave them 3 chances and was VERY patient. In short, they don't respect patients time and they push unnecessary products/services on patients.

My major complaint is with scheduling. I wanted a cleaning. I scheduled. That day I got 5 calls from various representatives trying to confirm insurance etc. It was horribly disorganized and interruptive because I was in classes all day. People from Florida and other states were calling me. In the mix I missed a call that they had to reschedule because, "they overbooked". I rode my bike 30 minutes across town to find out they rescheduled. Ok that's my bad... so I rescheduled. Then the following weekend they called me and said that they needed to reschedule again. I was starting to get irritated but figured I'd give them a third appointment date. On my third date I got there at my scheduled time. I waited 30 minutes for x-rays then another hour in a chair waiting for someone to start my cleaning. Like always they said, "we are understaffed, sorry for the long wait." My appointment was at 11 and at 12:30 I was still waiting for service. They said that a surgery was taking place and that the dentist was caught up with unexpected surgeries? What? What is this place?iu

On top of that, they brought in a dental hygienist who was more like a saleswoman. Saying that the condition of my mouth had deteriorated so drastically that I need antibiotics and all these deep cleaning and prescription rinses etc. It just seemed fishy because I just went to another dentist 6 months ago and they said my teeth were in great health. Somethings really off here. I had to leave because I have to get back to work. Never got my cleaning and never saw a dentist in three tries and being there for an 1 1/2 hours waiting and waiting and waiting.

Hands down the worst dental experience I have ever had in three countries, two states, and 5 dentists. Horrible service. I will be getting a second opinion from a reputable an ethical dentist.

If you do go here, demand proper treatment and don't let them upsell you. Make sure they don't do anything that isn't covered by insurance and don't give them three chances like I did. What a wast of three of my work days. Unbelievable.

Going to the dentist was never one of my appointments I cared to schedule. Having bad experiences in the past, made me hesitate to go back to my old dentist. From making my appointment online to walking in the front door and being greeted immediately, made me feel at ease. The staff was not only friendly but caring as well. Dr. Phillips has the best chair side manner! Very professional and fun. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

My experience with Dr. Thompson has always been a 10!!! He looks out for my best interest. I have had 2 crowns that have broken. Aspen Dental is supposed to replace them if there are any issues with their crowns. The first one broke after I had it a week. The second just broke last week. Neither crown has been talked about being replaced. I am getting fitted for a Nightguard in a couple weeks. They do a 3D scan of my mouth so the guard will fit me perfectly. When I asked about getting the crown replaced before the scan for the night guard....I received an email from an employee. She told me that the crown does not need to be replace and they can fix it before doing a scab. The whole point is that I have forked out almost 3K for two crowns. They should not break. And if they do then Aspen Dental needs to stick to their policy of replacing them. So...yes I'm going to see how they are going to fix my broken crown before the 3D scan of my mouth. If I am not satisfied I will call my dental insurance company and complain about Aspen Dental not sticking to their word.

if only there was a way to give less than 1 star. Is it a Patient Care Dental Office- NO, is it a SALES office- YES. Nothing can ever be completed without layers of extra being added.

Was seen promptly. Dr and finanial officer both explained things well.
Were very good about accomodating my (weird) schedule for appt. for extraction.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BRING YOURSELF OR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR TEETH, they will leave you with time lost at work, pain, and reschedule you even though you’ve explained you are in pain and have missing teeth BECAUSE OF THEM!

I have a bad tooth and called them fost thing in the morning, to see if I could get in to see the dentist. I got an appointment for later in the day and was seen in a timely manner.

The staff was awesome. The facility was clean and contains the latest technology. I was able to get financing as they don’t accept Medicare Advantage insurance. However, I am able to submit a claim myself to access my $1,500 allowable Medicare Advantage dental benefit which I will use to pay down the financed amount. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the quality of service I have received so far.

I came in with tooth pain so excruciating that it encompassed my entire jaw. The technicians at Aspen Dental told me that I would need to pay seven thousand dollars to have all of my wisdom teeth removed and pushed for me to make an appointment for the next week. They claimed to be humanitarian, saying that I could "pay 3 grand now, the rest in installments! Only 26 percent interest, too!" I requested a prescription for pain pills and said that I'd think on it. The tramadol kicked in the next day, just enough so that I could tell where the pain was coming from, and it wasn't even my wisdom tooth! They were going to have me pay the better part of ten grand for an invasive surgery that not only did I not even need, but that wouldn't even help the pain I was in! Aspen Dental takes advantage of desperate people. At absolute best, they were too incompetent to see where my pain was coming from, and at worst, they didn't care as long as they got a paycheck. Despicable.
