This will be my first and last appointment with Aspen Dental. I scheduled a week in advance using the online scheduling system that they literally tell you to use for your first appointment. Not only did they reschedule my appointment without consulting me, but they sent me ANOTHER notification that it needed to be rescheduled AGAIN, at which point I just scheduled the appointment at a different location. After they send me a text saying I need to reschedule for the 2nd time, they call and leave me a voicemail 23 MINUTES before they closed for the day saying I need to call them back to confirm the same appointment that needed to be rescheduled. I call back the next morning at 10am, an HOUR after they open, and mysteriously my appointment has already been canceled. What a joke! I initially decided to go to Aspen because of the convenience of being able to schedule online. However, this whole process has been a waste of time and now I have to drive 50 miles to the next closest location to be seen on short notice. Thanks for NOTHING!

Great place! Came in for the first time today for some toothache, got x-rays and a full check up and am very impressed with all the high techs they have! Dentist was very friendly and clear with explaining what he was seeing. Fair pricing, would definitely recommend!

Everyone at Aspen Dental, are Geniun, and Caring People, I,never had a more pleasant Dental visit. Ever, and I,m 66. If you need great Dentures. Please try Aspen Dental, and any other service. A very nice Experience.

I had a few people tell me to not go here but I'm stubborn and still came here. Honestly it's been the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This place is super clean, organized, and very welcoming. Everyone is very professional and seem to actually care about their patients. I would recommend this place over and over again.

Went in for a cleaning. Front desk were rude. Didn't get a cleaning. They took me back, got x-rays, then toldbme about them and said I had to wait in the front for the manager. They took 30 mins to get my insurance figured out. Don't go here.

Honestly, some of the bad reviews about the long wait times are valid. I had an appt at 3:30, didn’t get seen till 4:30, and finally left the office at 5:15. Hence the 1 star off.
However, all my interactions here and services done were pretty great. Every person that works here has been nice. Came here for a checkup, then fillings and a cleanup, and most recently four extractions. From the hygienist (Hanna), to Dr Phillips and Dr Thompson, to the assistants, to the front desk crew, all awesome. Especially today, the doctor made sure I felt comfortable and that my procedure was painless (which it was). Was nervous as this office was the only one covered by my insurance in the area, but turned out alright in the end.

Horrible business practices, they just lie to you and tell you your insurance will cover everything they recommend and then bill you for it when it turns out your insurance does not cover the specific procedures they told you they would. They then tell you they were just guessing that your insurance would actually cover it but didn't bother to actually check. If for some reason you have to go here, call your insurance provider YOURSELF and check to make sure it will be covered, don't let them just tell you it is or you'll end up with a $800 bill in the mail a few weeks later.

I went for find my 3rd scan on my bottom teeth today. They claimed to have lost my scan twice now. I live about 1/2 hour away from this place and not happy at all that I traveled once again and then the Dental Assistant that was suppose to do my scan says, "Wait, Didn't I do your scan already?" I said, "Yes." She said, "I recognize you, let me check on this." She had to call the Outside Lab to make them locate my scan after all. So, I traveled and wasted my own precious time to just get told to come back in 2 weeks.
