Cracked my tooth on chips randomly and Dr. Giuliano got me in the same day. They staff was amazing all around. I have a fear of the dentist and they calmed my nerves and got me in and out quickly all while taking the best care of me. Recommend 10/10

Called to ask for pricing on exam and cleaning. They stated they do not give prices but there is a free consultation. Filled out forms, assistant walks me to the back, mentions it’ll be $175 for cleaning and exam if I want to proceed. I asked for the price of the X-rays and she said they were included in the exam. I said okay I’ll get the exam and cleaning. Get X-rays done, dentist comes in, checks my teeth, states everything is well if I want to proceed with cleaning I said yes. Another assistant comes and says total is $285 and gives me breakdown because it wasn’t making sense. If I would like to proceed, I said okay and she said there’s payment plan options. A third assistant comes in and asks how will I pay. So I tell her the total wasn’t making sense, the first person told me $175 for exam and cleaning, I asked about X-rays and she said they are included in the exam. She said the discount she could give me is $20 for the misunderstanding the first assistant caused. How was I paying? I mentioned someone told me I could do payment plans and she said one option is getting the $20 off for paying it today or there’s a creditor I could use. So in reality she’s not giving me the $20 off because the assistant gave me the wrong information she’s giving me $20 off because I’m paying in full today. So now I’m confused as to if there’s payment options or not. Either just get a cleaning done or don’t waste your time. Haven’t had a cavity in 17yrs, I should learn my lesson not to get X-rays.

Shout out to Dr. Giuliano, he helped me get 5 cavity's fixed in one day! The treatment wasn't painful at all. I appreciate the time they took into fixing the issue, unlike other dentists who just patch you up and send you on the way. Also shout out to his helper, the Mrs. With the blonde hair, she was the sweetest!. Definitely coming back again to this office!
