My daughter has braces, was told she can’t become a new patient because they are not taking new patients and they don’t have a full time orthodontist. This is the only place that takes her insurance for braces. Very big inconvenience

Overall experience with the hygienists and dentist was pretty routine and favorable. However, the check in process with the receptionists was suboptimal. In front of the entire lobby they were asking me questions about my PHI without any attempt for confidentiality which I found pretty unprofessional.

*some of the assistants/hygienists do not seem attentive, and seems they'd rather gossip than work. You always here a lot of whining from them like they can't wait to go home, they can't stop yawning, etc.

Just overall not a fan of how they run this place. Appointments take way too long. The setup is just weird and uncomfortable. I basically made the appointment for my sons for absolutely nothing. After and hour and half to get through the appointment, I was then told I would have to go somewhere else for their needs. I’m sure that could have been suggested to me within the first 10 minutes of the appointment. There are like 50 dental assistants to the one dentist. So everyone else in the whole place is just walking around, on their phone, or walking in and out the back door (that was a foot away from where the dentist chair my kids were in was) with cigarettes. Just highly do not recommend.
