I was very impressed. No pain.
3 fillings & one pulled baby tooth. In less than 1hour.

I had appointment on December 24 2022 at 130 pm I drove a hour here for them to tell me they tried contacting me but never did and the day they said they contacted me was the same day before I even got the reminder of the appointment. They never once contacted me.

I had an appointment for a cleaning yesterday. I arrived a little early, and was seen in no time at all.
Dr. Wong and the entire staff were all very pleasant and professional.

I LOVE THE WORK HE DONE NO PAIN HE WAS QUICK AN FAST BUT TOOK HIS TIME HE TALK TO ME THE WHOLE TIME TO MAKE SURE I WAS OK I LOVE THE JOB AN ILL BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD FAMILIA IS THE BEST THANK YOU AGAIN

My appt was scheduled for 9am I was taken to the back had XRays and dentist viewed them, discussed options and then I waited and waited and waited 2.5 hours for him to come back , once he did he numbed my gums, then it was waiting again for almost another hour. I was there 4 5 hours total..

I had a cracked tooth and needed an extraction. I had also not been to a dentist in more than 10 years and my insurance had lapsed so I was paying out of pocket. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. The waiting room was very busy, but the staff was very nice. Patients were seen in a timely manner. I paid $19 for them to look at my problem tooth and that included an xray of the area. The thing that goes in your mouth for your xray was uncomfortable and dug into the bottom of my mouth under my tongue. That was the only real issue I had. The dentist and the assistants were nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the extraction cost out of pocket that day. So they provided me with a copy of the cost and told me to call when I can schedule my next appointment. At this point, I'm happy to go back and get that work done when I can afford it. All in all a pleasant experience!

My 7 year old son went in for a cleaning & exam ..he had cavities that's were causing molars to break & decay. They did a filling & an extraction in the same appointment to give him relief. They did AWESOME with him, reassuring him that everything was alright. It was fine in a timely manner & very professional. So glad we chose to go with Familia.

It was my first time ever going to Familia dental and I'd say all around it was a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly. The dental assistants were also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist (I can't remember his name) was very kind, he took the time to sit and speak with me and explain things in a way I could comprehend. He also called over the other dentist to get his input on my situation which made me feel safe (for lack of a better way to describe it) it showed me that they care that their patients are well informed and can leave feeling like they actually have a resolution to a problem. I'm definitely going to be going back for a new denture, which they already put in the prior authorization to my insurance while I was still there. Very pleased with my experiences as I've had so many terrible ones in the past with almost every dentist I've been to.

I have an infected tooth and went to see them on an emergancy apt slot. Took me 30 min to get into the back which i was suprised it was so quick. Once in the back tho they tried to take xrays but the machine in the room was not working. Was prescribed antibiotics and pain medication. The pain medication prescribed however only manages to work for an hour and now i have to go to the er to get something better. I had to take over 30 advil to get through the day yesturday on top of the meds they prescribed and they already knew i had taken several before i even had my apt. Other then that the service was great and staff was friendly!

It’s hard for me to give this high of rating. The clinic did give me a next day appointment as a first time patient. That was what made it amazing. Then, I got X-rays so far so good. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 19 years. I had been dealing with pain for the last 3 months off and on. The last 2-3 weeks daily. They extracted the most problematic tooth and “cleaned” my teeth. I may be mistaken, however every time I had my teeth cleaned before they did the the electric drill thing, scraped them.and then polished them. They did the drill thing and sent me away. No prescription for the extraction. No appointment for finishing the cleaning. I called and said I was in pain and I had taken ibuprofen already. It was the first time I had any major dental work. I haven’t ever even broken a bone. I asked for something for pain. They sent a prescription for ibuprofen. 😡
