INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They read our personal information out to the other patients, snooping in our personal business, refused to give me their names to report them to corporate, kicked me out in the middle of my appointment because my mom left to get something to eat/drink because she is a diabetic even though I am a legal adult, wires and tubes were sticking out, they walked us through another patients room while they were working on her and almost made me trip on the dentists chair, they made us feel unsafe, walked out during an x-ray, and made fun of us while we were leaving

Dr. Gauba and Melissa were very helpful. I drove from Carbondale to get a cavity looked at and was hoping to get it filled same day. Even though the office was very busy, they made sure they could get me taken care of today. The Dr. even helped lower the cost since I don’t have dental insurance. None of the dentists in Carbondale could even come close to matching the cost (except the SIU dental students, but they’re on summer break). Absolutely worth the drive.
