The whole staff is professional yet very warm and welcoming. They are very considerate. They have taken the best steps I've seen anywhere with covid being an issue. The dentist that treated me had a very good "bedside manner." The office and rooms are spotless and state of the art. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. They have been a God send. Thank you so much! Very thorough and professional.

Show up early for an appointment and you'll be waiting over 45 minutes in the waiting room. Would not recommend. Then they call in people who came in after you. Currently in the waiting room still and absolutely disgusted. Won't be coming back

A month ago I had an appointment for a checkup and to schedule an appointment for a deep cleaning. I was told to call back in 2 weeks to make sure my insurance approved the procedure. When I called back I was told it was still pending. Called again a couple days later and was told their computers were down and they'd call me back. They never did. So today I called my insurance provider and was informed that everyone's family dental had never submitted anything for approval. Called dentist office and they said no we didnt, would you like us to submit it today? Um, no, because you were supposed to a month ago. The incompetence of this establishment is unbelievable. I will never go there again and advise everyone not to either.

Had a tooth that needed to be extracted, and the nurses and Dentist were so wonderful. They made me feel at ease during the whole process, and made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend. They also have done amazing with my boys for checkups and other issues as well.

Love the office staff and the Doctors and the hygienist is first class! Braces and regular cleaning and check up appointments are always a great experience! So friendly too! Dixon is lucky to have this office in town especially the Orthodontist access!!
