This place is a joke, and this happens to be my second time making the review, as they conveniently deleted my comment. This dentist is awful. I’ve been visiting this place for 2 years now. They failed to fill a cavity correctly FOUR times and still managed to chip my front tooth, in which they didn’t even have to touch, the first two times they denied me numbing meds. About two months ago i went in for horrible tooth pain, they looked at it, told me to come back in 2 months. I have a whole freaking hole in my molars causing me a lot of physical pain. they scheduled me for today 08/23/2021, just to cancel 2 hours before i was supposed to go in.. and from what i have witnessed since i’ve started going here, the customer service is AWEFUL. The only employees i didn’t have issues with where the front desk ladies. Do better. I recommend dental dreams in rockford, they have much better customer service and won’t reschedule 10 times!

Dr. Haider is great. Knowledgeable dentist and very friendly. He’s happy to take the time and answer any questions you may have. Front office staff is equally friendly. Only reason I dropped a star is because the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was brief and brutal. Not sure if it was just a bad day or she was really in a hurry, but it wasn’t in line with service provided by the rest of the staff.

It is an excellent place to be. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I was assured I could get 20+ teeth pulled in 1 session without being put under, to which they don't do (being put under). Needless to say I got 3 teeth and an hour later in and had to stop.

My dental aid is the bomb. She is so good at making my dentures fit

The staff was somewhat friendly, but that was about it. I was called and asked to come in early because they were going to close early, which was no problem. My appointment was at 230 pm and at 252 pm they called my son back and told me I had to stay in lobby while they did x-rays and that they would come back for me when he was done. Approximately 7 minutes later I was called back to the room where the doctor just sat down to count his teeth. He simply stated "no cavities, just brush better" signed his form and said to have a good day. That was it the appointment was over exactly 9 minutes later! The appointment consisted of xrays cleaning and exam. I called my past dentist and he explained that type of appointment should be 30 minutes minimum and there was no way everything could have been done or properly in that amount of time.

This place is a joke i went and got a second opinion on my teeth they made them out to be awful they weren’t glad I went to someone different before having them fix anything

My first visit with this dentist. New to the area. They were friendly, professional, and punctual. The office is very nice with state if the art equipment. The Doctor was patient and established a treatment plan immediately for me. This by far is the best dentist visit I have had in a very long time.

Can’t give less than 1 star. Haven’t even been seen by them to know it’s a joke. Scheduled an appt 5 weeks out as it was their first available and get a call less than 24 hours before the appointment to let me know that my appointment is cancelled due to the office being closed on Fridays now. First available appointment open was October 5th, 2020 that they could reschedule me. Absolutely not acceptable.

I think my vet is a better dentist than Dr Shah. Made a determination on a xray before even looked at my teeth. Now I have to wait for a month for second opion for a loose tooth..I can't eat or talk right and nothing was done or option for tooth. Absolutely ridiculous on not talking about options. Also with limited dentist around for insurance now I have to travel to maybe Chicago..

The staff are very friendly but that’s where the good things end. The facility is sub par. The dentist is consistently late throwing off appointment times leaving you sitting in the waiting room or exam room for exceedingly long times. They closed the office and cancelled an appointment I’d had for a month “due to weather” which a quick glance at a weather app would show wasn’t even coming and then told me I’d have to wait at least another 3 weeks to reschedule. This office has no issue inconveniencing it’s patients. If your going to cancel my appointment for an illegitimate reason then it’s your job to go out of your way to remedy the situation. Not my job to rearrange my life and schedule around them for the second time.
