Very terrible customer service. First bad experience was when the assistant broke my front tooth and played it off as if it was a cavity that broke my tooth. Second was he very horribly gave me a filling which two other dentist said were lose that I went to because my teeth were in more pain. When I went back for him to fix it he scrapped my tooth. We told him that we were told "they were lose" but its not like were professionals. so then he told me to sit back and then he proceeded to stab my tooth really hard which was unnessary and prob messed up my tooth more. I will be contacting the bbb and multiple other people to have license revoked. For a dentist to act petty because someone questioned his work is unprofessional and for him to purposely hurt a patient is uncalled for. Please do not go here.

I am very pleased with Dr. Yaz and his staff. They have always done great work for my family and me. The only complaint I have is the wait time for an appointment.

I wish I could leave zero stars this place is a dump and the boy, cant even call him a man that calls himself a dr. there is a complete pile of garbage. He was unprofessional and unstable enough to yell at me in front of my children 4 months, 2 years, and 4 years old loud enough for the patients in the waiting room and rooms next to me to hear because I was upset that I was left with questions from my first appointment with him a week prior where he did a barbaric tooth extraction. Failed to ask me my name give me his, tell me why I needed my teeth extracted, didn't answer any questions I asked. The hack literally pulled my teeth and walked out the room. I didn't even know how to care for myself afterwards! And apparently him and everyone else there was too busy to tell me! Better yet they forgot to prescribe me antibiotics and pain killers and send me home to look online myself how to care for myself and I ended up having to go to the E.R to get pain meds I needed to be comfortable! It was a circus there. When I called to make the complain some Sabrina girl minimized my problem I had and in so many words told me I was over reacting. Some other Jasmin girl that works there got my saliva all over my face while assisting the hack dentist. As if she could care less to do a good job or not. If you want quality care and knowledge or information DO NOT COME TO DIXON FAMILY DENTISTY. They cant even handle scheduling appointments prior to this I made appointments for my kids somehow they didn't even get booked I had to schedule them even further out that what I had already scheduled. Those appointments are now CANCELLED. I wouldn't take my dog here let alone a human being.

This place was fantastic. All the employees and the dentist Dave were very nice. They were very good at letting you know everything they were doing during the exam. I will be a lifetime customer.

Looked at some of these reviews before coming here and was a little nervous, but I’m not sure what these people are talking about cause these girls are amazing!

Best dentist in area beats Rockford and other cities. Worth the trip from Freeport, unlike other dentist in Freeport area they treat everyone the same great quality no matter income or insurance

STAY AWAY ! This Dentist destroyed my teeth, used some cheap plastic filling material that started failing after two weeks, left decay under the fillings, had gaps left open. My new dentist is trying to repair the inexcusable bad dentistry! I have spent $2,000.00 so far , and another $3,000.00 yet to come ! As another reviewer stated, He is rude and a HACK! Needs his licence revoked !!!

The girl that took care of me was phenomenal and the other girls are too!!

Adrienne Kelly does such an amazing job. Always so general and sweet.
