Well so far so good. Everyone was friendly n courteous. I went in with an on going issue that wasn't an issue at the moment. but they looked at it carefully. explained what might be going on and referred me to a specialist. they explained the different possibilities but the specialist would be able pinpoint for sure. never thought I'd say this, but actually looking forward to going back to see Dr Petal and the staff and establishing myself with Exceptional Dentistry.

Exceptional Dentistry is the best dental office around! They offer a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment for all of their patients. All 3 of the doctors are amazing and helpful with the information/treatment plans they provide to you. The hygienists and other staff are bubbly and fun to be around! I was scheduled to have surgery, but had a tooth bothering me. I called my dentist, who is about 40 minutes away, to get in and I could that afternoon. Well later that morning, I received a call back saying he had an emergency and would be out of the office the rest of the day and scheduled me for the next morning. My surgeon told me if I had an infection, my surgery would be canceled. Later that afternoon, my dentist's office called again and said he wouldn't be in the office the next day either. I was panicked!! I called my friend who works at Exceptional Dentistry, even though it was her day off and asked if she thought I might be able to get an appointment. They got me an appointment the next day. I was treated like I'd been their patient forever. Nothing against my dentist, but I will be a regular patient at Exceptional Dentistry from now on. Great people and closer for me to go. I give them an A++++
