The people working at Aspen in East Peoria, IL are very friendly and accommodating every time I go! Jenny is fantastic and makes you feel so comfortable and makes you feel like a good friend. The only negative thing I could say is that it is FREEZING in there!!!! They had to give me a blanket!

I would have everyone stop going to the one in Peoria . Cause they don't know how to do denture. It took me 6 months and they told me I needed implants.cause they couldn't fit them right. They sent me over to east Peoria and they had a great dentist that do way more than the 3 different ones I seen in Peoria. I won't go back and I am turning them in.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. Dr. I., the dentist, was very thorough and explained things well. The facility and equipment were modern and the entire process from check-in, to x-rays, the examinations from the dentist and dental hygienist, to consultation and check out was efficient.

Modern, updated office with very friendly professional staff. Examinations done with high-tech equipment. Every staff member greeted us warmly and gave full, detailed explainations of what work needed to be done in the future. Very pleased with our first experience at this office.

This visit was a joke. I wanted a cleaning and a tooth checked because of sensitivity. 2 1/2 hours later, was informed that the compressor system for the entire facility was down and there was nothing anyone in the office could do for me. Very disappointing visit. I did get a full mouth x-ray completed.

Went there yesterday as a new patient. Was the only dentist office I called that day that seemed nice and ready to help. Very friendly staff. Erika did an amazing job in person and on the phone. Will definitely be back.

I have had horrible experiences here. Never see the same dentist twice. Had a contract signed and they kept trying to charge me more. Horrible horrible place to go.

Jenny at Aspen has helped me overcome my fears of the dentist. 25 years of being scared to death of the dentist Jenny helped me be brave and get the work I need done to be healthy. The whole staff was amazing. 5 stars to this establishment!

I was disappointed, beacuse after all the sales pitches and attempts to help me qualify for some teeth i just couldn't qualify. So heres the part that really bothered me was they didnt even give me any antibiotics for my teeth. Well, all i can say is it sucks not having any insurance or a lot of money.
