I was nervous and embarrassed about going to get checked out to fix my smile but Jessica was the absolute only reason I decided to go with Aspen Dental. She put me at ease about coming in and assured me that the doctor and staff were friendly and did not judge or blame but only were there to help fix. The entire staff was very friendly and the doctor was thorough with telling me the process of what would happen. Anything I didn't understand Jessica was right there to explain in a way that made me feel better about the process and my decision. Also Tammy the office manager helped me with all my questions about the financial part of it. I was worried even with insurance that I would not be able to afford going with Aspen but she again put me at ease with all my options and the personal touch of letting me she was there for me with any questions I had or help I needed to get the process started, paid, and done with. The Forsyth IL location is truly a place of amazing personnel and that personal touch that makes the patient feel better about the whole visit. Thank you to the entire staff, you are all amazing

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and I appreciated the consistent communication leading up to the appointment. Upon arriving, the check in process was easy and I was impressed with how clean the facility was. My hygienist, Julia Galt, was very kind, thorough, and informative, and she made me feel very comfortable while I was there! I appreciated that I was able to review an itemized bill before payment. By the time I left I had no questions about the care I received and my next steps. I would highly recommend Aspen dental in Forsyth.

Kind of felt like I was sitting through a timeshare tbh. They are kind of pushy on trying to to get more done than. You can afford at the moment. I’m giving five stars because even though I told the I’m only wanted two of the six teeth pulled and the were pushing for me to get all six pulled today they were fast at getting me in and affordable. I unfortunately couldn’t understand anything the doctor said because I have a very hard time hearing but she seems friendly enough. Everyone was polite. The only issue I had was with talking about billing at the front desk. They were polite just not really understanding that I know what I wanted them to do and plan on getting what needs to be done and not what they kept trying to shove at me. All in all unfortunately this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to they definitely give you first class treatment!

The office staff was extremely helpful. Stephanie went above and beyond to meet my needs. Stephanie, who did my ex rays was very good and was helpful in answering my questions. The doctor explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. I was extremely pleased with my visit today

My anxiety gets the best of me sometimes especially when it comes to dentists. They took the time to try and find my insurance information ( they didn't give up) and anytime they can calm my anxiety problems then I highly recommend 👌. All the staff there, they were all super friendly❤️.

I never leave public reviews but I think everyone should know of my experience before going here. This was the worst dental experience of my life (besides the dental hygienist, that’s the only reason I’m giving this a 2, she was great!) I broke my wisdom tooth and needed to get it removed. I was told they could remove all 4 since they were doing just 1. Before Dr Vohra started the extraction she said the bottom ones were in pretty deep and she wasn’t sure if she could get them but she would still try. If I knew then what I know now I would’ve just said forget it. So she does the top two which in itself was very traumatic. She didn’t seem confident and seemed to get very annoyed when she wasn’t successful and didn’t help much with keeping me calm when I had already stated I was very nervous. She then moves to the bottom wisdom tooth and she started to aggressively pull and I had to stop her because I could feel it. She gave me more numbing medicine and immediately tried again and of course, I could still feel it. So she left for about 15 minutes came back and continued to yank on it and I had to stop her again. She seemed very frustrated and put the tools Down and essentially gave up and told me I needed surgery. My gum was so damaged from the continuous pulling and yanking that once the Novocain wore off I was in excruciating pain that didn’t get better and actually turned into an infection. Now I have to pay so much more money to fix the mistakes that were made at this dental office. This could’ve been completely avoided if Dr Vohra didn’t try to push the boundaries. I’m now being seen by an oral surgeon who said she should’ve never tried to extract it in the first place. I will never come back to this office.
