My 1st visit at Aspen Dental was impressive. The staff was friendly and professional. The exam was thorough. Everyone explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. The images of my teeth were helpful as the hygienist and dentist explained what needed to be done. I am looking forward to working with them on my treatment plan

Pros:
Extremely friendly and considerate staff.
Doctor was very understanding when explaining my issue.
Very time-efficient, I was in and out quicker than I anticipated.
Overall, the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had.
Cons:
Filled out the necessary forms online but had to do it again upon arrival to the office.
There were no discussions on pricing options, they went straight to the most expensive option and did not mention any lower-priced options.

Nice clean and friendly place they really do go above and beyond as far as services and making sure you understand the entire plan of action and breaking it up what’s most important or needs to be done first and so on could not be more pleased with them

Made a appt for a check up and a cleaning (I make sure to get my cleaning every 6months) went to the off to fill out paper work even tho I filled it out online already. Took 3 different types X-rays didn’t understand that they just wanted more money then the dental hygienist that seen me was measuring my gums she was literally picking at them so hard trying to make them bleed then had the nerves to say that I have gingivitis without taking any samples of my gums like a normal dentist office would mind this I didn’t have any gum problems never had gingnchivitis have always Took good care of my teeth but after the appointment my gums hurt so bad then she had the nerves to tell me how many times do you brush your teeth and how many times do you floss like she was saying I don’t brush my teeth at all then I thought I was going to get a teeth cleaning that same day nope I had to schedule it for a different day make no sense at all then she was trying to get me to get one of their expensive tooth brush knowing dang well my insurance wasn’t going to cover that after she recommend me to use Electric one saying I would just buy one at Walmart I went to talk to the schedule person for my cleaning and they wanted me to schedule an appointment for me to get my gums deep cleaned and I have read some reviews about this dentist office and other people have said they were trying to get them to do the deep gum cleaning too then on top of that they wanted me to make another appointment for another cleaning so the cost came out to about $500 no payment plans or nothing I had to pay that amount before I could make any appointments for cleaning I will not be returning sound like this is a Con artist dental office if I was you I wouldn’t even think about going something kept telling me not to make appt with them ! 0 stars
Update just read another review from a few years ago and somebody else said that they was basically picking at their gums to make them believe then had the nerve to say that they have gingivitis muhm and Aspen dental please don’t comment under my comment trying to apologize no need to already know you are a con artist

They have a great manager. I lovve how they have you talk to them if you have a financial problem and no dental insurance and I feel like they are honest and very trustworthy. I also loved how they had a dentist go out of his way from out of town to be there for patients especially ones like me experiencing toothache pain because that is the worse. I thanked him for it's a blessing for patients experiencing toothaches.

Just finished appointment at Aspen Dental in Forsyth, IL. Completely unsatisfied with service that was provided today. I went in for a check up and cleaning. Aspen performed checkup and denied the cleaning of my teeth. They said I need to pay $400 out of pocket for a deep clean of my gums which isn't covered by my insurance. They said they couldn't clean my teeth which is covered by my insurance, until I paid for the deep clean out of pocket. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned I asked again they denied cleaning my teeth until I paid out of pocket. What kind of dentist wont clean your teeth?...that would be Aspen. Just trying to get me to pay extra money. I will not be returning to Aspen dental ever agian. I would encourage others to steer clear of Aspen dental. The worst dental experience of my life!

My experience at this office today was absolutely wonderful. I do not have the best of teeth and was embarrassed and anxious about getting my teeth worked on. The staff from clerical to doctor were the best I have ever experienced at any clinic. Genuinely kind, respectful, and put me at ease. Thank you so much for everything it's such a relief to have had a broken tooth removed today and I look forward to my next appointment. God bless you all.

Today was my first visit to the Forsyth Aspen Dental and I left completely speechless. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and nice. I have never been to a dentist that was so understanding and kind. The receptionist, the young girl that took my vitals and xrays(she had on the cutest crocs), the hygienist, the Doctor, and Tammy. Everyone was so pleasant. I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist. These ladies are amazing and I can’t recommend them enough. Today was an emotional day for me and I feel like they understood that and really wanted to help.
