Everyone here is very kind, my issue is that they seem to be incapable of keeping my scheduled appointments. Every appointment I’ve had with them has been rescheduled at least once. This most recent time I had a cleaning scheduled for six months and they called me today (the day before my scheduled appointment) saying it needed to be rescheduled. And not just for a couple days out. My new appointment is over a month away. What in the world? Someone in scheduling needs to get their stuff figured out. This doesn’t make sense. Maybe I’ve just had bad luck, but it’s frustrating nonetheless.

I'm new to the area so I was looking for a good dentist and I'm very glad that I found Aspen Dental in Forsyth. The staff was wonderful! They explained every step very well, were always professional, friendly and the atmosphere was great. I felt very well taken care of and I will definitely go back there and recommend it to my friends and family.

Great place to go , very courteous staff , very prompt and to the point , Ty, Dr.V , Tammy was great to work with , Makenzie was awesome and very sweet . Would recommend this place to anyone . Went in with alot of pain and was prescribed the right medication and now not in pain , and going back next week to get the work done I need . If I could give them 1000 stars I would .***update 05/10/2021 , I had another appointment today at 7 am to get impressions done , the lady , I forgot to get her name was very good and very professional and she did a very good job and had me In and out in about half hour , she was very gentle .

Website says they open at 7am but they dont till.9am webpage and corporate phone message needs to be changed to reflect this. Misleading. My crown cane out 3 years after they put it in. They wanted to xrays and more expensive stuff vs just gluing it back in to get more money out of me. So much for a warranty on it! I go to the dentist in Springfield every 6 months so I don't need any of that. I went to regular dentist in Spfld and he was able to cement it back on with no additional xrays ect after they checked it good and for me in the same week I called. Aspen Dental said itwould be 2 weeks before they could get ne in.
I'd never recommend Aspend Dental they are only out to charge additional fees. Don't go to any of their locations unless you have deep pockets full of cash!

Dentist drilled on my tooth without any anesthetic before putting my permanent crown on. She also did not warn me first. I told her when I arrived I was having pain with the temporary crown. It was quite painful then having that tooth drilled on since it was already in pain. The pain gave me a headache as well. Complained about the pain to the dental assistant and she said nothing. Then complained to Doctor, she said sorry and thought it would not hurt. Called to cancel my next appointment and ask for a refund for the next appointment that I have already paid for and had to talk to the dentist again and was given a rude attitude again. If you are already afraid of the dentist do NOT go here. They are too busy rushing around to give you pain medication before drilling and do not seem to have much empathy if they do hurt you. Also waiting times are extremely long.

This was the best Dentist office that we have ever been to!! After my husband had a bad experience at another office I found Aspen Dental. Service was fast and they treated us like family. They even told him about some issues that he did not know he had going on. We are coming back to get some work done next week and after we have the baby I will be back to get a check up myself.

I had a great experience visiting aspen dental at Forsyth, IL. I was initially little wary going to chain dental practice. Didnt have much wait time at all until I was called. Unfortunately I do not recall most of the names at this office. But, From the front desk staff to dental assistant/xray tech to dental hygienist to the doctor, it was smooth, great experience.
Front staffs were welcoming and efficient. Dental xray tech was also very proficient and pleasant. Dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care about your oral health. Dr V, the dentist was excellent, very thorough, pleasant & reassuring. I am always afraid going to dentist but staffs there definitely put me at ease. I have alot of dental issues need to be fixed, so we shall see, I am definitely glad that I chose Aspen dental.

Very unsatisfied. I rescheduled my appointment to have a consultation and cleaning done. I also double checked to make sure that a cleaning appointment was scheduled and they confirmed over the phone. When arrived they only performed a consultation and said that they had to schedule another appointment for cleaning. I felt scammed because they lied over the phone and they just wanted me to have the consultation. When asked to pay for the advertised price of 19.99 they rejected me due to having insurance. Now I have to schedule another appointment with a different clinic and pay out of my pocket for the consultation.
