Do not go here. Went in for a tooth extraction and ended up with a consultation, $200 security deposit, and a week long wait until they could pull my tooth. Cancelled my appointment and the money was never credited back to my account. Go to a professional staff that doesn't charge for services not rendered.

I am one of those people that absolutely hate dental visits. My last visit was more than 3 years ago. The dentist tried to pull a tooth. Busted it off in my gum after 2 hours of prying. I haven't volunteered to enter any dental office since. But a filling fell out and a tooth basically broke in half. After popping pain pills for days and tolerating the heat and cold intolerance for weeks I decided I was going to have to see a dentist. Que the horror music. My normal dentist (the one that busted my tooth), a dentist that I have seen for over 30 years of my life couldn't get me "worked in" for 5 days. Mind you, I'm in misery about now with more pain than I can tolerate. Aspen dental not only got me in that day, they soon called back and were like, hey can you come in right now? Even better. This office is easy to find with ample parking available. The office is clean and professional and I was happily greeted by a few of the staff as soon as I entered. I had the usual 2 or 3 page first time patient papers to fill out. Once that was done it was literally a few minutes before I was whisked off for x-rays. From the initial tech, to the dental hygienist, various other techs and Dr. V, every last person were friendly, personable and made me feel very at ease. The dental hygienist and Dr. V looked me over and explained every aspect of what they were seeing and what my options were. Turns out I was in need of serious repair, starting with a root canal. Que horror music again. Never had one of those but for some reason it's stuck in my head that this is going to be horrible. I was then sat down with the office manager to discuss the options and costs involved. Process was quick and painless however not cheap it was going to be but she was just as likeable and professional as everyone else I had met. So, root canal, I'm dying here so they ask if I can return in a few hours to have this done. Same day? Great! Upon returning I was immediately taken in for further x-rays and re-evaluated by Dr. V so she knew exactly how she was proceeding. I have to say Dr.V is one of those doctors that was suppose to be a doctor. She was so nice, patient, informative and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my well being. She finished the root canal quickly and most important painlessly and I was soon out the door. Take into consideration this was a spur of the moment appointment that ended up needing serious treatment, of which will be ongoing process. But I spent roughly 4 to 5 hours under direct care of these people and I was thoroughly impressed. I have a follow up appointment in a few days and I actually don't dread going to the dentist. Dr. V will definitely be my dentist of choice as long as she is practicing. And her team at this Aspen Dental are phenomenal. Highly recommended from myself, a RN, and fellow health professional.

So far my experience has been wonderful. I have a TON of dental work that needs to be done. All the staff is friendly and professional. I've been made to feel comfortable. And they are so good at calming my nerves.

I had a dental emergency and was able to be seen the same day. Every staff member that I interacted with treated me with the utmost respect and care as if I were the only person on what was clearly a very busy time in the office. Highly recommended !

I was very disappointed. Had to w as it as usual. Had to cancel my next appointment because Aspen was slow. I rode the bus out there and they are never considerate of your time. I never want to go back there. It's a racquet. All the money you spend is ridiculous.

Dr. V is such a wonderful Dentist and really cares about her patients. I would differently recommend anyone that is having teeth problems or gums problems to go see her!! Excellent service and the staff Darlene and Lynsay will work to get you the best deal on anything you need. The office help Katie is wonderful. The whole staff their goes above and beyond to make you feel like a special person!! Love you all and well differently be back!! 👍👍🖐🖐

I don't like going to the dentist and fear doctors of any kind in general, but the friendly staff there got me in the same day, were extra kind to me and had amazing bedside manner. The "prognosis" from Dr. V was straight forward and honest, delivering the news I needed with nothing else but the facts. I appreciate that and will continue my dental plan there, after having moved back from WI recently.
