Absolutely rude billing staff. Left a message for Sandy in billing who never bothered to call me back BUT had no problems sending me a completely rude email in CAPS without discussing the issue in the first place! They provide standard of care regardless of your insurance, whether it’s covered or not and do not care if you get stuck with the bill. Horrible!

The office manager got me an appointment very quickly for a tooth that was causing severe pain. Staff was professional and the Dr did a great job, and I was in and out.

Dr. Sones is an excellent dentist, however, his billing staff leave a lot to be desired. We have had a bait and switch situation for over a year and they refuse to work with me. The dentist will not honor his pricing, I have no choice at this point but to seek the help of an agency that protects the consumer from this type of situation.

Everyone was beyond amazing! I had a broken tooth causing me a lot of pain and they were able to get me in quickly, even as a new patient, to help me get it resolved. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the very receptionists and made to feel at home. The doctor and assistants were very kind and talked me through everything to make me feel more comfortable knowing I'm not a huge fan of the dentist. I highly recommend this office and will be referring anyone and everyone I know looking for dental care to them!

I have went to the same dentist for years and they started become super ektchy and adding more and more the the list oh what I needed done to my teeth. The last visit I had with my prior dentist I was told I had a cavity (which was weird cause I had no pain) they also wanted to do a more intense cleaning and some other procedures I am unaware of. The total bill was over a grand! I needed a second option so I went to SONES . They cleaned my teeth and did my X-rays and no issues that the prior dentist were brought up. They were so gentle and detailed with my cleaning which is hard to find. The staff was friendly and I left with a huge weight lifted. I since have recommend 2 friends to start going to Sones
