Hard pass for me and my family. I don’t appreciate getting calls that bills are owed because they didn’t verify benefits. When questioned they told me that’s my responsibility (though how do I know what treatment is taking place before arriving???)
I called WITH my insurance company to resolve and was told they couldn’t talk because it’s a hippa issue (untrue- guess they forgot my occupation)
They literally send my claims to an insurance company but can’t talk to them? GTFO!
Dr sones was amazing and it’s a shame his office staff is negatively impacting his practice.

The dentist did a decent job of getting my 4 yo to try nitrous sedation our last dentist didn't and dealt with cavities quickly.
Unfortunately, she casually mentioned to tell my daughter not to chew her cheek. I had a 20-30 minute drive then noticed her lip was all chewn up and swollen. If I knew it would be that severe, I would have waited with her watching to ensure that didn't happen. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Honestly, Dr. Sones was the best Dentist I’ve ever had. I had an emergency, they got me in, saved my 10 year anniversary/Easter weekend. Bless you and your team
