I went in to have 2 root canals and crowns done. My first time there and Ana Smith started telling me to breathe through my nose I was flogging up her mirror. It was a ordeal that when done was told to take antibiotics but I was in pain for about 3 months afterwards. She needs to have better bedside manner and remember patients are scared going in so be kinder.
