I had a temporary upper plate for years with 3 teeth glued to it. Dr. Smith made permanent bridges to replace that old thing. Now, I have great looking teeth that stay put. She also whitened the lower teeth and I can really smile.
Even my medical doctor commented, "You have a great set of teeth for your age". I just smiled and said, thank you. But the real thanks goes to Dr. Smith and her staff for their dedicated work.

I too fell for the "TLC" scam. I went in with an emergency situation unable to close my teeth together, as a bridge involving 4 teeth had given way, and was being held on by only one tooth. After 2 1/2 hours of trying to sell me everything under the sun, I finally saw Smith for 5 minutes. After Smith left the room her money girl came in and said it would be $780.00 to remove the one tooth. The bridge was so loose I could wiggle it up and down and side to side. When I pointed out that the teeth she was charging me to pull were already out of my gums, she lowered her price to $585.00 for the one tooth. I paid my $60.00 for nothing and left in the same shape as when I came in. Most expensive dentist in the area by far!
They have" religious" picture frames and posters throughout their office to make you think that their Christians, so they can home in on that demographic. I believe Mrs Smith needs to get over herself and open her bible (if she has one) to Matthew 19, verse 24. GREED is an ugly thing especially when the GREEDY take advantage of people who are suffering.

I would leave 0 stars if I could — they treated my family so poorly at this establishment. Scammed them completely and then walked out on them and said “find another dentist”, all while my family member was crying. Absolutely appalling.

Fantastic place for dentistry ! They live up to their name dentistry with TLC ... Very responsible and explaining cost of everything . Explains all options clearly and precisely . Going in thinking I was going to lose a tooth they were able to save it at a very reasonable price .

Read the reviews, so I decided to check them out. I was very impressed. The reviews are correct. The staff and Dr. Smith were great. Even with a root canal and crown, they did a phenomenal job with very little pain if any at all.

The staff here is great. They are very caring. Both the doctors and the hygienist make sure you understand everything before you leave. The dentist can also work with you usually the day of, if you need work done!

Great service from the very first time that I entered the office of Dr. Smith. All of the personnel are friendly and knowledgable and take you through whatever steps are needed for your treatment. In my case, I suffer from Sleep Apnea, and I was struggling with the CPAP machine. I felt that I fought it more than I fought the apnea. Choosing to have oral appliances made especially for me was a big step but proved to be the solution to my problem. I use the appliances and my apnea has improved tremendously and almost disappeared. This was not the least expensive way to go, but when it works as effectively as it does, it is well worth the cost. In retrospect,any misgivings that I may have had, were quickly overcome and I am one happy camper!

I've been a long time patient at Dentistry with TLC. Started with Dr. Crocker and stayed with Dr. Smith when Dr. Crocker retired. I believe I have received the best care for my teeth here. The technicians are really careful and considerate to make teeth cleaning as comfortable as possible and I have some sensitive teeth. Dr. Smith does a real thorough examination and lets you know if there are problems and which should have immediate attention, but she lets you decide and does not pressure you to do anything you are not prepared for. I've had a few root canals and crowns and even one tooth implant and all were done very comfortably and swiftly. Talk to them about financing if a procedure is a bit too expensive, they do accommodate.
