I been going there for about 2 years now and I love their service! They are very friendly, and make you feel comfortable! The place is very nice and clean! The Doc and Rosie are very nice and professional! I went yesterday and I notice they had a new receptionist and I didn’t like her service. She couldn’t really explain why I was getting charge from the previous visit and when I questioned her she seem bothered. Also this was the first time Rosie didn’t help the Dr with my regular cleaning and another staff member help him and she seem like she didn’t know what she was doing. The Dr even had to tell her to put the stick in my mouth. Then Rosie came and finished the rest of my cleaning! Besides this one visit i really like how the Dr and Rosie work together and make me feel like family! Rosie is a great worker she always gives best tips and recommendations and remember you by name and all! I just wanted to say how amazing Rosie is with me and my family! Thanks again and I will definitely recommend more people there!

We showed up an hour early for our appointment. The lovely receptionist checked us in, and we were seen within a few minutes. Rosie, who is kind and personable, cleaned our girls teeth. She remembered us, even though it had been over a year since we'd been in. The Doc is kind of adorable. He showed my daughter exactly what he would be doing to her teeth to ease her fear. For all the parents who are being told that they can't go in to the room with your children, COME TO REFLECTION! I sat in the corner (not micromanaging) and waited with both of my girls. My husband walked in to check on us throughout the visit. This office has an open loft layout so you don't feel locked in a dental office. Everyone spoke to my daughters and engaged them in the process. I was asked if I had concerns or questions. Of course I did and Doc answered them all..I think he's a dad. He gives me a kind father vibe! All in all, a wonderful experience.

I accidentally found doctor Patalia 2 years ago when my son had accident at the playground, and he was the only doctor around willing to see him right away. Since then we saw him many times, including emergencies, and he was always there for us(he is also my kids’ dentist). He is focus on his patients, very knowledgeable, professional, and takes time to explain every little detail. His staff is very friendly too. Definitely 5 stars!

Dr Patalia is amazing! We went for a first visit and were very impressed by the courtesy and kindness in the office, starting with a wonderful front desk Tiffany, and kind and professional approach of dental tech taking an x-ray and an extremely knowledgeable and gentle Dr Patalia. He took a lot of time to explain in great detail the tooth issues I came with and treatment plan. The experience was wonderful and I and my family will definitely be back for dental care in this office.

I had not gone to the dentist in over six years and was referred to reflection dental from a friend. They did an amazing job of keeping "gentle" and very patient friendly. They identified problem areas and fixed them urgently with no discomfort during the prompt process! Highly recommended!

This is definitely a 5-star dentist practice. The equipment is new and modern, Dr. Patalia is attentive and spent time answering my questions in a very concise and helpful way. I had 6 cavities filled and the experience was as good as it could be. I scheduled teeth whitening next and Dr. Patalia explained the details and the pros/cons based off the condition of my teeth and gum. He wasn’t just selling the service, he was trying to determine my issues and goals and then provide the best solution.
