Been my dentist for about two years now, and I’m dropping down two stars I must say. Staff is still somewhat friendly, but first thing they said when I came in was I had a $25 fee on my account from my last visit I missed. I told her the person I talked to on the phone didn’t inform me of that so I didn’t come prepared. She got a bit annoyed but told me She’d check me in and I’d go back in a few. Then (I’m assuming to get the money from my insurance for me sitting in there for a total of 10 minutes.) asks me what’s wrong, barely looks at my gums, and says what needs to be done my insurance won’t cover so he’d make a treatment plan. I asked if he could try doing a regular cleaning since my insurance covers that and he said it couldn’t be done because my mouth needed to be numbed and it wouldn’t work. It’d hurt too much. Which doesn’t make sense because he’s numbed my mouth for other work being done and my insurance covered that just fine. But that was it. I tried asking question and it was a “you should know what’s wrong.” Attitude. Sent me on my way telling me that saltwater rinses is what I can do until I have the measly $154 to pay for what needs to be done. You think for their seniority patients they could at least work something out with payment arrangements like my boyfriends dentist did. Oh well. Probably going to make the switch to his dentist. I was going to start bringing my kids to Dr. Patalia too, good thing I didn’t.

Very efficient dentist. His staff sends reminders, checks your insurance coverage all for you, and they are all honest people. Great place and great dentist.

I brought my daughter there. The staff is extremely friendly and the dentist is very thorough. He made sure to take his time explaining everything that they were doing and why. I would highly recommend this dentist office!

Dr. Patalia and Rosie SAVED ME. I was a first time patient who needed emergency work done. I made the appointment and got in there the same day. Took the time to talk with me about what I would like to do along with offering up great suggestions while keeping the price down. I got a cavity done on a molar with only one shot of Novacaine and I didn't feel any pain. I hate dentists. I hate them with a passion. There's nothing more that I hate than crappy dentist. Dr. Patalia knows what he's doing. I definitely don't hate him.

Dr. Patalia does excellent work. I complained of a toothache and he was able to get it x-rayed right away.
I would highly recommend him for all services, especially major ones. I have gotten a root canal done and a cap installed. Even the temporary cap he installed in-between the two procedures felt like it could last for a long time. Everything went perfect and he was always available for any questions.

Dr. Patalia and Rossie his dental assistant are the best! I have always had anxiety going to the dentist, but they are so kind and patient. When I recently had a few cavities filled, Dr. Patalia talked me through the procedure and asked if there was anything he could do to make me more relaxed and less anxious. He also allowed me to take breaks during the procedure when possible. Rossie was also wonderful, after receiving my shots, she assured me that although my mouth was numb, I was OK. She also brought me water and a magazine to take my mind off the numb sensation. I would highly recommend this dentist office!
