In the end he made everything right by making a very bad oral surgery error and got me back into his care and the care of an amazing oral surgeon, Dr. Huesser. Always prompt but never rushed. They take the time to listen to concerns and get to know you. I’ve had a few “emergency “ visits over the years to get a broken or cracked tooth fixed and they got me in quickly. They have high tech software and made my crown in house! I was in and out of there in a few hours- much better than wearing a temporary and going back in 2 weeks. I highly recommend Dr Jackson and his office staff.

Having recently relocated to the Quad cities from the Chicago area, I found it necessary to find a local dentist that would meet my needs. I had originally thought I would keep my dentist in the Chicago area and commute there twice a year for cleaning and any other needs. However, I changed my mind. I did a lot of research and I found Dr. Jackson. I had my first appointment and I was totally amazed at the thoroughness and the completeness of the consultation. I received more information from him than I have from any dentist in my lifetime. I really think I have found the right place and I look forward to the next visit. Also, the entire staff is top-notch! Caring and very friendly.
